We stayed here on our way down to the Alps, we were greeted with hugs from the owners and treated as friends rather than guests. The room was fine along with the bathroom, we even had a shared balcony. It has a small courtyard garden...More

The Chapeau Noir is a swee little hotel with an extraordinary familiar atmosphere. The hosts are very nice people, service is good and the restaurant offers meals rich in variety plus seasonal offers.
The rooms are well cleaned and furnished ok for the price category.
This must quite frankly be the worse meal I have eaten in recent memory. The asparagus was boiled to death and the chic hen was defrosted and cardboard would have had more taste. Other diners seemed to be walkers .....passing trade......as on my experience no...More
