Beware of this hotel - they charged us for our entire stay, despite cancelling weeks before the cancellation window. Not only that, they ignored the policy of the reservation which stated that a no-show would be charged only the first night. Instead, they decided to charge us for our ENTIRE stay. Very poor customer service when we contacted them. The hotel showed no sympathy and went against the policies in the original booking reservation. It seemed to be an outright display of greed? I recommend you look for other hotels that actually follow their own reservation/booking policies. We've never had an issue like this with any other hotel, so we found this very surprising and a completely waste of money/time.

The property is a complete ripoff. We booked a fully-refundable stay. Despite us cancelling our reservation multiple weeks in prior to our stay, which was weeks before the cancellation window, the property still insisted on charging us for the ENTIRE stay. This goes completely against even their own policy in the reservation, which states the following: -- Cancellations and changes Cancellations or changes made after 6:00pm (Taipei Standard Time) on Dec 29, 2022 or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first nights rate plus taxes and fees. We understand that sometimes plans fall through. We do not charge a cancel or change fee. When the property charges such fees in accordance with its own policies, the cost will be passed on to you. Yomi Hotel - MRT Shuanglian Station charges the following cancellation and change fees. -- Somehow, we were charged for the ENTIRE STAY even though we cancelled weeks before Dec 29. The manager acknowledged that this is VERY unfair to us, yet showed no empathy, didn't provide any refund/credit whatsoever, and insisted on charging us for the ENTIRE stay, going AGAINST the policies CLEARLY outlined in the original booking reservation. …

A wonderful staycation in a Taipei with pleasant family atmosphere and kids for toys. The ikea decor is pleasant the rooms are quiet. I rather enjoyed how there was a sauna in the room. What a pleasant find.

My experience was great and stayed in room 710. The thing that i don't like is the carpet in the rooms this is because it can create a lot of dust. Also stayed there for like 2 weeks due to the coveninet of the location.

the staffs here are great. helpful and accommodating and always wear a happy smile every time we pass by the reception area. the hotel have lots of freebies... bottled water, snacks, hand warmer, Christmas ribbons... small things that make us feel special... thank you to the 3 lovely ladies in the photo and also to Lydia.

The staffs are nice and supportive. The price to stay is reasonable for the facilities and services. The location is vey close to a subway station, so we can go to anywhere in Taipei. The room is clean and cozy.

Very accommodating stuff. Very Clean room and very accessible to train station. Room is well equipped, old but well maintained. The location is ideally located in the res line and very accessible to and from airport via bus 1819.
