An affordable hostel in a great locaiton. Small and cosy, with good beds and all the amenieties one would expect from a hostel these days. It truely feels like the sort of home style hostel that used to be much more common and I mean that as a great positive. The staff were helpful and friendly and I will certianly stay again. Everything was clean and well organised. Would stay again.

my husband and I wanted to spend more time at Taipei CT House than going out :) both hosts Chunky and Dan were so warm and friendly. Near the Main Station, Ningxia night market (a far better food choices than the famous raohe and shilin night market) self check in in case you'll be arriving at wee hours. easy breezy transaction and chunky answered all our queries prior to booking our trip which is really helpful.

Chunky's place is a wonderful hostel to act a center point for your time in Taipei - close to the transit center as well as good walking distance to night markets and shopping districts. The place is clean, there is soap in the bathrooms, and you get a towel which is very nice if you are hopping around from place to place.

I really enjoyed staying in this property! The owner is very friendly and nice. Breakfast and snacks are provided the whole day. Rooms are clean and tidy. I had a very good impression about that place.

Been staying at CT House for about two months for work, during this period, I have met a lot of friends and really have had a nice relaxing time after a long day of work. The host Chunky and Catherine are super super nice and helpful, so do not hesitate to ask for their help if needed. They are very willing to give you hands anytime. The place is very cozy, wide, and convenient. One of my best things is the kitchen. Yes! You can cook here! :) I have visited many Taipei hostels and CT House is one of my favorites for sure. ;) As for the the price, it is quite fair and the best deal, I would say, among others in Taipei.

The room is very clean and quite, you can get to share the room/dormitory with travelers from every country or get to live in your own private room. The price for the dormitory is reasonable, not expensive. I have been coming to this place twice when I go to Taipei, and Chunky is super friendly, you can chat with him if he is not busy!
