As pass review mentioned, it's an apartment managed by hotel managements. If you are expecting hotel standard this hotel is not for you. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay here. the location of the apartment is just above the bus station, so location wise made it very easy to get around. Staffs were helpful, we did enjoy our trip.

The apartment is located above shopping mall q square and Taipei main station. Able to reach airport within 1 hour via express train. Small room but consider cozy. Curtain is abit dirty. But pillow is hard (thumbs up) ,bed is still OK to me. Toilet is a bit small but enough space to move. There are enough hangers (around 10) . There is a coffee machine as well.

I stayed in the hotel for 6days during June 2019. The mentioned it as hotel but it’s just an apartment. Hotel reception is like 8*12 shop, the reception staff do not understand English. The only plus about the apartment is that it is on top of the main bus station. Hotel provides kitchen but does not provide utensils, that’s a big disappointment. No breakfast option available, that’s another minus point. Every equipment in the toilet is inscribed in Chinese, should be in English. Does not provide conditioner as part of the toilet kit.

Booked a room with two double bed but was given a room with 4 single beds upon check in. The receptionist was able to correct this quickly when I picked up on this. Was escorted to the room as it is quite far away from the reception. The receptionist did not give me the free pocket wifi as confirmed in the booking. Had to call up to ask for it then was told to collect it from the reception. I did not end up collecting it as I ended up buying a local SIM card with unlimited Wi-Fi access. The room had a small balcony which was nice to be able to open for fresh air. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was no proper big table to work from if needed but it didn't bother me as I used my laptop on the bed. The only thing I would mention is the cleanliness of bathroom could be a bit better. The security person downstairs was able to call taxi for me when required which was very handy as it rained on a few occasions. Overall, comfortable stay and value for money. The plus is the prime location as it is attached to Q-square and opposite Taipei Main Station.

Service Apartment standard which is right in the heart of the shopping mall and transportation network. If you are looking for a hotel, you will be greatly disappointed but the staff are a batch of great people.

You have the train station, taxi ranks and bus terminals at your door step. This means you can get around Taiwan quite easily. Enjoy shopping to your hearts content as you will not need to step outside to do so. 24/7 eateries and shops is available and perfect for late night munchies. Great location to stay at especially with a family as everything is walkable and using a pram was without challenges. Hotel room was very clean and up to date decor. Staff were very accommodating as they even provided us with a portable baby bathtub and seat. The free pocket WiFi was a blessing to have as we didn’t need to buy a local sim. Likes

This hotel's biggest advantage is its amazing location. It is directly above the bus station, and directly connected to the Taipei MRT, railway, HSR (high-speed rail) and bus station. We are a family 0f 6 travelling with 3 kids and an infant, so we really appreciated not having to walk so long just to get to the hotel. We travelled via railways out to Hualien, so it really helps with the 0 hassle as the railway is connected. There are also tons shopping and eating places around. From the airport, u can take the Airport mrt to Taipei main station, look for directions to the bus station, Or Y3 exit. The hotel reception is to the right. Rooms are basic but serve all purposes. Certainly not your marriot but the room is clean , air con cold and with such an unbeatable location, it was great fot us!

i stay in this hotel in April 2018, quite strange, because the lobby is very far away from the room location, you have to walk quite long distance from lobby in front to the building behind (about 50-100 m) to reach the elevator to the room. I assume this hotel is transform from 1 floor apartment rooms into hotel rooms, because you can find the floor below there are local people live. this hotel is located in the central bus terminal building, which is you can find bus ticketing down stair, But the location is great, there is shopping malls below, bus transit station to many cities, food courts, and just walk by you can reach Taipei Main Station, for subways, trains, and highspeed train.

The location is awsome, and indeed to find the checkin office was tricky - look for Y3 exit from the the train station, go up the stairs and to the left is the entrance to the mall to the left is exit to the main street. Go toward the street, go out enough that as you look to the left, there is the driveway into the underground parking structure, walk across the driveway (there were little contrete edges I went over). On the other side, on the left is the mall building and in one of the doors in the middle of the length of the wall (not very well signed) facing the road, is the door for registration. it is a small room with a checkin counter. The rooms are actually right above the mall, and the lady at the front desk escorted me to my room because it is not straight forward. The room was clean and adequate. But what was an issue was the ‘wifi’ which is basicalky non-functional, I can connect but the speed was slower than my 2G. The guy at the front desk said it was due to high usage at the time, I tried it at all hours and the same thing, slow speed. There was a mobile 4G module in the room, but given all the instructions were in chinese, I was not going to risk it. This issue may be just my room, but be sure you check the wifi is working at reasonable speed if you really must have wifi internet connection in the room. (else get yourself a Sim card and enjoy the great location) Other than the wifi, the location was awsome and it was so easy to just go across the street Nd catch the bus to the airport.

I'd say this 'hotel' is leaning more toward serviced apartment. Doesn't have any lobby or major signage, only a small reception room on the ground floor of the building. You basically pay for the convenient location as the building is right on top of a medium-sized mall with foodcourt and high end supermarket on the basement, have an underground connection to Taipei Main Station (MRT interchange, Airport Express Train, Cross CIty Train all connected here). The Main Bus Station is just a road across of you.
