Thank you CityInn Hotel III for making our Taipei stay a memorable one. Like the Chinese saying '麻雀虽小,五脏俱全’ they've a great pantry, laundry area & even an Internet bar. Our room is always clean & tidy, all thanks to staff Ms. 阮氏 who's in charge of our level and she's taking pride in her work, 非常难得! Special thanks to staff Ms. Ginny from the reception. She's especially warm & friendly, guided us to the nearest night market on the first evening we arrived. She even checked on us a few days later whether we need help to travel to the places she has recommended, 非常尽职! Will certainly recommend CityInn Hotel to all our families & friends. Keep up the good work! 😉👍
The stay here has been impressive. Top service from Jay and Tim. Amenities such as laundry, snacks and coffee are excellent. Will come back again for sure. The rooms are clean and very equipped. I cannot ask for more.
AMAZING STAFF. Tim and Dennis at night were always friendly and helpful. They helped us figure out the laundry machine and dryer, always greeted with a bow and smile, and chatted with us. They even offered to put our wet clothes into the dry in case we were asleep (we always did laundry late at night). The morning staff was also friendly, but we unfortunately did not get the names of morning staff. I suppose it's policy that they must stand and bow whenever the see a customer. I appreciate it, even if you're forced to do it. One of the ladies even went with us around the corner to try and find this restaurant I found on Google - unfortunately they were closed - but the gesture was very appreciated and she really did not have to go out of her way to do this. Every single staff member, house keepers included, have been more than friendly and accommodating. If someone was missing, they'd replace it. If we had any complaints, they dealt with it with no attitude. Amenities are wonderful. In the kitchen area, there are late night complimentary instant cup noodles (after 10pm). There is hot water, cold water, and warm water - as well as 2 bottles of water in the room, and 2 bags of chips in your room. There is a microwave, toaster oven, plates and cups, and a refrigerator to share with the other patrons (also a mini fridge in your room). And a lemon iced tea and milk tea dispenser, and a quick brew coffee and espresso maker. Location-wise, a little inconvenient if you're traveling with many suitcases. Not the fault of the hotel. It is situated closed to Taipei TRA, so if you're coming from the MRT or HSR, it's quite a long walk (assuming you don't get lost in the winding pathway of the stations), and also difficult to find elevators closed to the street that the hotel is on. Once you're up on ground level on Chengde Rd, it's easy to reach. If you're taking the Taoyuan MRT, it is fairly accessible - just make sure you're coming out from the right building. We honestly got lost every night trying to find the shortest route back to the hotel. Still haven't figured it out. Btw, hotel is situated between Taipei Main and Zhongshan MRT.…
I checked in at 6 am on 16 th of October and was received by Dennis and Tim. The reception was simply fantastic. I am here for the last 4 days and the stay is very comfortable, extremely good service and they made me feel at home. Other staff including Jay, Julia, Ginny, Kelly, Pear were all amazingly kind and we're always helpful. I will always come back to this hotel for all my future trips to Taiwan. Everyday I get advise on where to eat, what to eat and how to travel. Their enthusiasm to help me is amazing. The house keeping staff take good care of my stuff and extremely trustworthy and always give me a smile.
The hotel is not far from the Ningxia night market. The room is very clean. Staffs are very polite. After 10 pm ,there is also instant noodles for supper.😀 飯店離寧夏夜市很近,房間非常乾淨,服務人員也都非常有禮貌,晚上10點過後還有提供泡麵當宵夜喔! 附近有京站、麥當勞、肯德基,非常的方便

Convenient location, well-maintained and designed room; mine is standard double room with one queen-sized bed. Staff is very helpful and well-presented. Good job! Jay, Lily and others. Definitely worth multiple visits. 位置方便,房間保持、設計都很好。我第一次住,標準大床房。職員熱心幫忙,訓練有素,例如Jay, Lily等,讓人感到賓至如歸。下次也會考慮再訪。
This is the best hotel in Taiwan I've been to. The staff of this hotel are amazing. I will never forget and I want to say special thanks to every staff, especially Jay, Sam and Lily. They did everything from handling my trash to taking care of my laundry. Thank you very very very much for everything. You guys are the best
Staff was very attentive to every single request, and constantly aimed to help me out. Whether it was figuring out the laundry (which they took care of while I slept) or navigating Taipei, they were always ready to lend a hand. Notable staff were Jay, Sam, Lily, Emma, Joanne, and Julia.
