🌟Tip:Exit from Exit 6 of the Airport MRT & just cross the road infront of Exit 6 & walk straight & will see the hotel instead of going through the underground mall cos it's a long walk & that there's no escalator or lift from Exit Y21. 🚄If U wanna go Ximending,recommend U to walk down through the underground mall to Beimen Metro Station so U don't have to change lines & if wanna go to other places red line or blue line recommend to cross the road to the Airport MRT Exit 6 & walk to the Metro Station from there. 🧼24hr self-serve laundromat just nearby 🍔Mosburger just a straight walk down from the hotel,cross the road,turn & walk straight.Breakfast shop near the laundromat(Day Nice & Crazy Burger just next to each other) Will stay here again the next time I'm in Taipei. Stayed from December 21-24: 1. The room is clean. The bedroom area might be a bit small but the bathroom is very spacious. 2. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 3. Toilet has no bidet. 4. They provide complete toiletries from toothbrush, cotton buds, shaving kit. 5. They have like hangers on the wall where you can put your jackets, etc. Very useful. 6. Location is okay. About 15-20 minutes walk from Taipei Main Staion (MRT). The hotel is closer to Beimen Station. 7. The hotel was under renovation during my stay. There was no lobby area where you can sit and wait. 8. There is a 7-11 nearby. 9. Very close to Taipei City Mall 10. The staff were okay. They don't have the welcoming vibe that other hotel staff provide. 11. Overall, good place to stay.

Nothing to shop around the hotel, at least have to walk about 8-10min to the nearest Cosmed. There’s 7-Eleven just 2min walk from the hotel (turn right after you exit). Shelf check-in once you enter the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful on the check in process. But I think even without any explanation, it’s quite straightforward; the machines gives clear instructions on how to check in. Room is small and compact, suitable for 1 person. Doesn’t seem to have space for 2 luggages. No windows. No full length mirror. Fully equipped. Clean and comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water. Strong WiFi connection. Check in 3pm, check out 12pm. Enjoyed my stay!

Once you get in, a staff will greet you and guide you to a self service check in process. Our room had air-conditioning, free WIFI, cable TV with a few English channels, small ref, small safety deposit box, complimentary bottled water, toiletries, hair dryer, bathtub, and hot and cold shower. There is no cabinet; instead you hang your clothes on hooks fastened to the wall. The room we got had just ample space to move about, but didn't have windows. The bathroom is big, but you need to be careful as you need to take a big step before you get in the tub to take a bath. To sum it up, this hotel is new, well maintained and staffed by helpful locals. The location is near train stations, so you can move around Taipei. However, there's not much restaurants nearby, except when you visit Taipei City Mall, and there's not much food choices there. The bathtub is not for the mobility impaired. Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again. Tips: There's a 711 to your right, once you step out of the lobby. Taipei City Mall's Y21 exit is to your left when you step out. You can then move about City Mall to get to various train platforms.…

The hotel is very new, thus it is very clean. The room design is nice and well considered. The staff members are nice even though you don't see them often, as it is supposed to be a self-service front desk. The hotel is quite close to airport MRT Taipei station. There is a 7-evelen very close by as well. We found the bus stops close to hotel is also very convenient. I like the hotel, the only wish I had was if it were closer to any night market or shopping center.

I had a last minute booking with them and the price and location was perfect. Although there was no window in the room, the room was clean and comfortable. The socket was international so no need to bring any adaptors. The check in and check out was fast and easy! Will definitely stay again if coming to taipei again

Definitely worth the money. The check in process is a bit weird because it’s a self check in process. I see that half of the time the staff ended up have to help. Location is great. Close to main train/metro station. Room is small (as expected for Taipei) but super clean. Quiet. No breakfast but there are a lot of places to eat around there. Recommend highly. Would stay there again.

We were in Taipei and urgently needed a hotel room. We booked this hotel late in the evening through agoda.com and moved in the next morning. Our room (for four guests) was spacious (by local standards), clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff was always very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent, only a short distance from the Metro stations, Train Station and underground streets. It is super convenient to go anywhere by public transportation. The facility is also quite new, open since December of 2018.

I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is really close to the Taipei Main Station exit 7, which really convenient for me because I arrived in Taipei at 11 pm and I need to catch the 9 am flight back. I just need to walk around 10 minutes to take the MRT to Taoyuan airport from the Taipei main station. Also very close to the beimen st. for city MRT. Not so many restaurants around it, but very close to the city mall. Room is nice, minimalist, and clean. Check in and check out experience was convenient. Water pressure was great. Bathtub is quite high, a bit hard to get out after shower, especially for older people (I was travelling with my mom back then). Did not have breakfast there so cannot review the food. Overall, will stay again here if I went back to Taipei.
