房間均無開窗...不健康 頂樓完全密封不見天日，沒有任何的開窗及逃生門至戶外，這是很危險的，讓人住得不安心。只有一樓一出入口(逃生口) 是不夠的，遇緊急狀況很令人擔心。 建議少一個房間做緊急避難的戶外逃生用，這是必要的。
