This was our second visit to Glebe House , after a wonderful stay there last year with some friends . This time my partner and I took along our two young grand-daughters , and we were somewhat apprehensive , as they are not easy to please , particularly in their eating choices . We should not have worried at all...

We only stayed the one night before The Grizzly cross-country run - I wish we could have stayed longer. Outstanding hosts and accommodation. Perfect countryside setting - glorious at whatever time of year. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the crows nest. A beautiful view and a quiet valley which will not have changed much in the last century. The crows nest is a simple but lovely place to have a quiet rest. We were met by an owl sitting on the fence outside the garden and they set up the feeling of the place. In...

Amazing rural location, with spectacular views of East Devon countryside. Really helpful hosts Chuck and Emma, who could not be more welcoming and made our stay feel as if we were visiting old friends. The breakfast is something else!

Slightly difficult to find down Devon lanes in fog but all made up for with the most warm welcome from Emma. Delicious afternoon tea with her home made biscuits and cake. Dogs welcome. Lovely family home in a beautiful setting. Excellent breakfast with home made bread and marmalade.

I chose this B&B because of TripAdvisor's ratings and they were so right. It did take me ages - and stopping to ask three separate people - to find it. The problem with directions is the assumption that the guest is coming a particular direction. However, my frayed temper and nerves dissipated the instant I saw the property. It is...

My partner and I and four close friends stayed at Glebe House for a few days at the end of August , and we were absolutely delighted with everything . To call this a B&B is hardly appropriate - staying at Glebe House hosted by Chuck and Emma Guest is like staying at an old friend's home . The accommodation...
