We warmly welcome you as our guest! Liekoranta is a family business with decades of experience. Our business includes accommodation services and party and celebration services, The inn was built in 1901 by Herman Ulven and his wife Aleksandra Rasi, and they were granted rights to run a hostelry. Some form of food and lodging has been available continuously for more than 120 years. Our hotel rooms were once maids' rooms, so each one is unique. We are striving to renovate the inn ourselves to give it the respect it deserves and develop our business for the enjoyment of our guests. We hope you will enjoy Liekoranta!

Spent one night at Liekoranta. It's pretty much a boutique experience as the place is quite small. The wooden building looks very nice both from outside and in. The old school style works well, the only but may relate to the bathrooms in the rooms but that's a small thing at least from our perspective. Check-in easy, excellent breakfast: e.g. very tasty breakfast rolls. Did not have time to try the sauna but peeked in and it looked like a quality establishment. Would stay there again, if visiting Vammala or Sastamala region : )

If you want a cosy cute little place to stay at this is perfect. Very nice staff, good food with a beautiful breakfast with freshly baked buns and breads. The rooms are upstairs, they are pretty small but you get what you need.

PROS 10+ for the bed Plentiful breakfast Cosy dining area The hotel surrounding Good shower Scented towels (can be a minus for allergic or sensitive ppl) Laundry possibility Sauna possibility Mini kitchen to store your groceries Windows do open Feel of visiting old grandmothers house CONS Location too remote from the city centre without access to a car (at least in October). Maybe it's different in the summer. Tiny toilet/bathroom Don't expect luxury and fancy surfaces. It is an old wooden house with its flaws. This is in no sence a bad thing, just remember that the professional photos polishes the image versus reality =)
