Port Barton is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in south east Asia. A group of 8 of us booked to go to coconut island for three nights and we loved every minute. The food served was excellent, watching sunset from the rocks and relaxing in hammocks in this remote island with only a handful of other... More

This small resort is so beautiful because of the huts built on nearby hills, and it's surrounded by a nice green garden with flowers and palm trees. We like the white sand beach and clear water. Nice place to relax. The food just has to improve, no brewed coffee :(, meals are mostly frozen sausages or frankfurters. But there's also... More

Hi Ma'am, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It's nice that you enjoyed your stay with us. As for the brewed coffee, I believe we serve brewed coffee at the resort. Also for the meals, we have a variety of meals available and not only frozen sausages and frankfurters. We have a regular menu and the daily specials... More

We loved every minute of our stay here from the time we arrived until we had to leave. The staff and owner are so friendly and wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, we loved that the reef for snorkelling was just off the shore. The food was good, you order your dinner before afternoon each day. This was the most relaxing... More

Excellent tranquil getaway. We didn't experience sand flies while there, though. The caged monkey is a desaster, poor thing! The swiss owner talks bad about everything, can be a bit annoying. They have canoes and a hiking path into the hills. Nicely cultivated garden!! Of course it's Filipino standard and on an island, so don't expect a 4 star bathroom!

What a nice place to stay! When you approach the island from the sea you can see the pal trees waving at you. The complex has a couple of nice cabins with their own veranda, a family cottage and some smaller rooms. We had a deluxe cottage but afterwards we would have chosen for the smaller rooms, they are big... More

If you like small places without too many people and love nature, this place is perfect if a simple cottage will do. The resort is well keept with plenty of flowers and a nice garden, the beach have nice white sand and you can do a bit of snorkling in the area. Daytours can be arranged to the surrounding islands... Coconut garden is a dream - simple but clean rooms, on a private beach and a beautiful garden. The reef is just off the beach and we saw turtles, rays, beautiful corals and thousands of different reef fish. Don't miss it if you look for a relaxing place on Palawan!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Port Barton where it is quiet and private. Go here. They have a nice sea view of other islands. The staff is so helpful. The room is clean and very affordable. If you get bored, you can easily ask for an island tour to the neighboring islands and stunning beaches... More

Wonderful place to relax and do nothing. Average rooms/cottages, good food and hammocks between the coconut trees at the beach. Go for the cottages rather than a room, it means you'll have your own solar power (for fan and lights) the hours the general generator isn't running.

Great place to stay a couple of days! Mostly couples tough. Loved the boat trip from port Barton. We went in the night, under the huge star sky. The hammocks with view were the second best experience, of course. Best kind of luxory - the nature! Butterflies everywhere. No internet.
