Thank you for a wonderfull and amazing stay. All excedeed our expectations. We stayed in the cottages. Absolutely wonderfull. In the main building we enjoyed a great buffet, nice atmosphere and above all a really helpfull staff. They all made our stay unforgattable. We cant thank you enough for all. We would love to come back!

Amazing hotel and facilities. Snow mobile safaris a must do. Bear Cave suite with hot tub and 2 saunas one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Food excellent. Hotel story inspiring. Such a nice hotel - limited skiing but not a ski destination per se

Visited hotel before firestorm a long time ago and already twice after new site opening. The hotel is very stylish and offers the best views nearby. Suites are really fancy and also Aurora suite offers an experience even if it is not as huge as the other suites. Restaurant's meals are good but unfortunately lack of staff seems to continue and continue... (visited here 3times without accommodation). Hotel it self is definetely "better than expected" also in the second time :)

Hello, nice nature. Safari I recommend. But not the kitchen. Half board buffet is cheated, small selection, we were hungry. That has not happened to us in Africa either. Cold food and no choice. She's a thief. Terror. Just take breakfast, it will pass.

Thank you for your review! Good to hear you liked the safaris and nature around us. The dinner buffet daily menu includes a starter soup, salad buffet and for main course two choices, and a dessert. It is not a wide selection like in big hotels, and there is no pizza, pasta or burgers in our dinner buffet, but good local food. Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it.

Hidden pearl in the heart of Syöte. The hotel room, food, service & location were all excellent! I don't think I have had such a great overall hotel experience in Finland before. We stayed there during summer months, but we must go back also in winter.

The rooms with sauna and whirlpool on the balcony are spectaculair and beautiful and clean. The entree is almost majestic. The staff are super nice and friendly and very helpful. We were with 11 men so it was though for them but it worked out perfect. Outside the hotel is a beautiful small chalet with an open fire where we had the best time with each other.

I was on a business trip at Iso-Syöte. The amenities were nice but the highlight of the visit was definitely the restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent. In the meeting space I was hoping for a bigger screen.

We were staying at Arctic Hilltop on June 2021. It was the last destination of our week long trip. We were very pleased of the customer service and the room was really nice with all conveniences that you could expect. The view was amazing and own jacuzzi at the balcony was the best thing. The hotel had a really nice evening restaurant with delicious food. Hotel spa was also great, nor so big but with a great atmosphere. Our stay was not so long but the hotel offered great options for spending time and sporting. Unfortunately, the hotel breakfast did not match the other experience. there was one hour left for breakfast, but most of the serving had already run out and no new food was brought in even though it was requested. However, the experience was great and we plan to stay at this hotel in the future as well. it is hoped that breakfast would have been improved since we last experienced it.…

We (family of 3, 1x 6 year old) stayed at this hotel one night during our autumn holiday on the way down from Lapland and we had a wonderful, albeit short experience. Our Superior Star room was practically brand new, clean as if we had been the first people using it, decorated with great taste and high quality material/furniture. The bathroom is massive and the two floor to ceiling mega windows facing o the slopes provided the best view and atmosphere. The spa is, again, brand new and very stylish, like the whole hotel, it is not very large but more than enough for a few hours of relax (just be prepared, the water in the main pool is below 30C!). As customers can learn from the book/photo album in the room, the hotel's recent history has been marked by struggles and challenges, but the establishment's high standards and the quality of the service provided is a testament to the dedication and work of the ownership and staff.…
