We (family of 3, 1x 6 year old) stayed at this hotel one night during our autumn holiday on the way down from Lapland and we had a wonderful, albeit short experience. Our Superior Star room was practically brand new, clean as if we had been the first people using it, decorated with great taste and high quality material/furniture. The bathroom is massive and the two floor to ceiling mega windows facing o the slopes provided the best view and atmosphere. The spa is, again, brand new and very stylish, like the whole hotel, it is not very large but more than enough for a few hours of relax (just be prepared, the water in the main pool is below 30C!). As customers can learn from the book/photo album in the room, the hotel's recent history has been marked by struggles and challenges, but the establishment's high standards and the quality of the service provided is a testament to the dedication and work of the ownership and staff.

Sleep Quality
Room Tip: Go for a superior star bedroom at least, it is not cheap, but it's worth the price.

We loves the Aurora suite! It was very well decorated, romantic room to spend night. Hot tub on the balcony was perfect. They first checked us in to a dirty room, with no apologies from reception when we walked back. I think when paying over 300eur /night receptionist should at least be sorry if this happens. But overall experience was very good, I would highly recommend.

Luxurious brand new hotel with a very nice decoration and atmosphere. Great views from the top of the arctic hill, both from the rooms and the restaurant. The best part was the spa with nice pools, saunas and the view. Restaurant is also of 5 star quality with delicious food. It just could be open for longer hours. 8-22 is a bit late opening in the morning and a too early closing in the evening. Just pay attention to your invoice when checking out! Our rooms were double charged. For a group of 7 for 2 nights it was 1900 Eur extra! Luckily we noticed the error and got it fixed.

This is a modern and beautiful hotel on top of the Iso-Syöte hill, with panoramic views from the rooms and restaurant. Our Aurora suite had two storeys, a small sauna and outdoor jacuzzi, and the room was perfectly clean. The breakfast was tasty, and had multiple warm and cold choices, fruits and berries, also warmsmoked salmon. Also vegetarian-/vegan-friendly. The spa department was also delightful and calm, with two different saunas. Various outdoor activities (mtb, hiking, downhill biking) very near. Also a nice cafe and souvenir store in the hotel. A slight discomfort was caused by the receptionist. At check-in we were told the cleaning staff comes at early morning, and we got the impression that this could not be amended to happen at later time. We asked for later check-out on the night before check-out date, and we were told to ask again in the morning of check out date, which has never happened before in other hotels, finally we got the late check-out, however.

Visited this lovely hotel last weekend and we loved it! Hotel is clean, very spacious and modern. Food in restaurant was good, served quickly and waitresses made us feel very special. Thanks for that! We rented mountain bikes for 4 hours. Really recommend. SPA and sauna was well deserved after climbing up and down Syote. We'll come back!
