I was visiting the island for a family wedding and rented both homes for myself and my extended family. Our ages ranged from 9 to 75 and everything in between.

I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect if you want to be near town but still feel like you have a little privacy. The homes were both well stocked with all the essentials plus some.

The two bedroom chalet has a small but well stocked and smartly designed kitchen. The bigger house has a large dining table which worked out perfectly for family dinners.

Alison and her partner Dan seem to have thought of everything, ironing boards, hair dryers, and comfortable seating areas both inside and out. The welcome binder in each house had all the information you could need and if I had a question Alison was super quick to respond.

The homes are located just down the road from Joe Watty’s pub. You can sometimes here the music if you are sitting outside but not inside. Something I truly enjoyed.

The homes were spotless when we arrived and there were ample cleaning products yo help us to keep them that way.

I will be recommending this to anyone I know visiting Inis Mor that needs a place to stay.

We stayed here for a family wedding on the island. We were met by the host when we arrived and she was always available to answer any questions we had. The house itself was modern and spotless with plenty of space and great facilities. We had toddlers, teenagers and adults staying and we never felt crowded. Everyone had a space to go to to chill or a big central room to meet in. There was great views of the island and it’s a short stroll to the playground or pub. Also the spar shop is a five minute walk away too. It really felt like being a guest in someone’s home but never felt that we were not totally welcome and free to treat it like our own home. We can’t wait to stay here again for a family break soon.

We stayed in the 2 bed chalet for 4 nights. It exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spotlessly clean, spacious and so well equipped. Alison is a fantastic host and has thought of everything to make her guests stay as comfortable as possible. We loved sitting out in the evening and taking in the fabulous views. The location is absolutely perfect. It is right beside the playground and Joe Watty's pub and the Spar shop is just a few mins walk. It is very central but the location is so peaceful. It was the perfect spot for our family. We cannot wait to return and have already booked our family holiday for next summer! Thanks for everything Alison, fantastic memories made on Inishmore.

We took the 2 bedroom for 5 nights. It was perfectly located. 3 mins from Spar, 5 mins from centre but right at the start of the loop to Dún Aonghasa, Poll na bPéist, the Seal Colony and Kilmurvy blue flag beach. It is down a leafy lane opposite Joe Wattys Pub. Great food and Guinness. There is a bit of land, gone wild beside the houses and we made friends with two beautiful ponies. The entire island is alive with birds, flowers and insects. The odd eyesore here and there, piles of building materials, pallets left behind and unfortunately the usual masks all over the hedgerows. We picked up as we went about the island. If people are capable of littering such an unspoilt stunning place, there is no hope. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice surprise to get bottle of wine, brown loaf. All we needed for the week. Bikes were fantastic addition. The entire island was available to us. Locals lovely. Cows with their calves. Ancient Ireland all around you. Lapwings, stonechat, black headed gulls, terns, puffins, gannets, razorbills, guillemot, rabbits, butterflies and on and on. Will go back this year...

From start to finish I cannot say enough about our experience with this rental. Allison is top notch! She is very attentive, hard working and genuinely cares about your experience. I have rented a lot of vacation homes through the years and this one was the best! The beds are so comfortable. You have all the amenities you could need. It is in the best location! My dad was born on Inishmore and I have visited my family for over 50 years on the island. Kilronan Holiday homes is a hidden gem!

My husband and I have been to the island every year for the past 8 years, we absolutely love it there. We’ve stayed in lots of different places on the island, all being lovely but this house is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. We had our children and parents here. Something for everyone. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spotless! Perfect location! We already booked with alison to come back next year. Can’t wait!

We had the best stay at Alison's Kilronan Holiday Homes staying in the 2 bedroom chalet. Such a comfortable place to stay the chalet was spotless and had everything we needed. Located up the hill from the ferry we loved the proximity to town and the convenience of Joe Watty's pub just a short walk from the home. Alison was fantastic and was available if we needed her. I can't say enough of how wonderful our stay was and we felt like we stayed in the perfect place. If I'm lucky enough to get back to this beautiful island I will definitely be booking again at Kilronan Holiday Homes. Thanks so much Alison!

One of the best holiday homes we’ve ever rented! Great location, close to everything but down a quiet lane for privacy. My husband & I stayed 3 nights on a hiking holiday and immediately felt at home.
As noted by others, the home is well stocked, immaculately clean, and Alison is always available to answer questions.
