I spent a full week here recently and found it a very handy due to its central location in the Perth hills and close proximity to the airport. The included continental breakfasts were great during the week, particularly the plunger coffee and stepped up a notch on the weekends with a full cooked breakfast on offer. Both Carolyn and David...

My husband works away and when he comes home its very busy in our little world, so I usually book on occasion a hotel, this time however, thought a B&B was something different. Even thought it was winter of 2013, have to say Marilyn and David are fantastic hosts, breakfast just amazing.... we stayed in the King Arthur room which...

A cross between a spa and a retreat, this quaint little B & B is located in the hills of Perth only a short drive from Kalamunda. It offers a pool, outdoor spa and nice relaxed atmosphere. Marilyn and David the owners are very friendly and helpful. We booked a massage and a guided meditation that was very relaxing.

We booked in for the night before and night after our wedding in the Perth Hills. Marilyn and David were wonderfully accomodating in letting our entourage get ready there before the wedding. The morning after was fantastic too, with our hosts turning into impromptu photographers, and taking some wonderful post wedding photos for us. Accomodation was top notch, fit for...

Nice friendly hosts, great location, gardens, theme. Room was a bit small, but hey, when you travel with "Imelda Marcos" and "her" hundreds of kilos of luggage, "everywhere" is a bit small . Easy proximity to a large town with heaps of eating out choices. Nice local walks and other tourist stuff. Easy access to the airport with minimal traffic....

I booked in for 16 nights as I was working in Perth and wanted something away from the city and away from the crazy Perth accommodation prices! Marilyn and Dave are great. Friendly, warm, and really made me feel comfortable. Staying for such a long time, it almost felt like I was back for a weekend at Mums! The interior...

Dave and Marilyn our hosts were great. The B&B has a medieval theme with plenty of examples of the era throughoutn the accomadation even a knight in armour. Our accomadation was clean and tidy and breakfast in the peace and quiet of Carmelot sitting in the King's chair a real treat. Walked around the area on several bush trails early in...

With its spacious four poster bed and medieval theme, Carmelot offers a glimpse into the romantic English past. There's memorabilia abounding including a suit of armour in the lounge room. Guests can book a massage on site and there's a relaxing pool just outside the doors of the Guinivere room. Breakfast was filling and well cooked with several choices on...

Needing somewhere to stay near the airport for our final night in Perth we booked a room here through Wotif.com.au. We hoped it would cap off a great holiday but unfortunately found it to be the low point of our trip. The rooms were crowded with medieval kitsch with hardly any space for your suitcases; the couch in the bedroom...

It was disappointing to read your review as we have a guest book which has many wonderful remarks regarding the accommodation and hospitality we have provided. The room which you occupied was a very large room with ample space provided for most suitcases. Our bed and breakfast is based on a medieval theme with many comments received from previous guests...
