Nice people, great Inn, this is proper Scotland! Nice Whisky selection and real ales. Music night on Wednesday was an unexpected bonus! Good location near The Hermitage for a good walk, Dunkeld worth a visit too!

Bankfoot Inn is small, cosy and comfortable. Suzan and Rab are warm and excellant hosts. The food in the inthem restaurant is very nice and well prepared. With the other guests we did form one big family, because we all went to the Perthshire-Amber Festival. We did feel ourselves home at once. We will certainly come back.

We have just completed a two night stay here and we definitely plan to return. The inn is on the main road running through Bankfoot and even from the outside one feels a sense of history. This 18th century coaching inn is now a hotel with a warm, cosy bar and a warm welcome. The bedroom we stayed in was...

We have just checked out from a 3 night stay at the Bankfoot inn and are hoping to rebook soon! A cosy, intimate pub with open fires and superb cooking! I'm not a big meat fan but I ordered steak pie every night I was there because it was so damn good!! If you are looking for a traditional coaching...

We had the most wonderful meal, the smoked haddock was cooked to perfection. My husband had the pasta, and was just as pleased. Warm welcome, excellent food and great service. They have a fine selection of whiskeys too.

Visited again on Saturday night with friends after our last day of the River Tay's fishing season. As usual and after a warm welcome a superb meal was had by all. The roaring log fire was such a welcome site after such a wet day, then for a lovely pint of real ale, hmm. simply superb. See you all again.

This was a return visit after two years, this time with my son. Easy to find and plenty of roadside parking. Again, the warmest of welcomes, good craic at the bar; charming young man waiting on; lovely, comfy room with good shower ... and nice food and beer (good selection of local ales and craft lagers!) And those two lovely,...

We chose the bankfoot inn as a stopover as we headed back to Yorkshire after a fantastic week in the highlands. Our one night stay rounded off our trip perfectly. Great location, warm welcome, comfortable room and delicious food. Ticks every box and can't wait to a call here again. Thank you.

We stayed here for one night and it was even better than expected. This inn is owned and run by a very nice couple. We checked in at the bar and were taken up to our room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had quite the night down in the pub where we got to chat and drink with...
