I stayed in the Coco Ocean for 4 nights on a business trip. I got a specious room, though the view was not the best (facing adjacent building). Definitely there are rooms with a better view. The rest was great - good service, nice restaurants and amazing beach (if you compare with beach in Senegambia area). I really enjoyed the...

We were lucky to be in the haven of the Coco Ocean whilst others were worrying about the state of emergency in The Gambia. We were so well looked after. We felt completely safe and continued to enjoy the wonderful experience of staying at Coco Ocean. We would certainly go back.

Coco Ocean is fantastic. Lovely accommodations. Large rooms with huge patios. Beautiful grounds with monkeys. Very friendly service. Excellent food. Breakfast was a special treat. Nice pool and quiet large beach. I'd highly recommend this property for families and couples.

The Coco Ocean Resort is a great hotel. We cannot say anyrhing negative about it. Friendly staff and management, impeccable service, and very clean. The dishes they serve in their restaurants are delicious, particularly in their Thai restaurant "Saffran". We simply could not resist and had dinner there 10 out of the 11 days we stayed at the hotel. We...

I have to be honest - I was not sure about writing a review for this hotel.... My husband and I loved it so much that we almost feel it is too good to share! We stayed at The Coco Ocean over New Year in one of the Club Villas, sea-facing. While it is true, and the delightful General Manager...

We stayed at the Coco Ocean for 5 days with a family of 5. It was a great experience. The hotel management offered us a package room + breakfast in the presidential villa for a reasonable price. The villa was huge, clean, decorated with style, in a word impressive. Breakfast was very nice also. I travel a lot to africa...

This is the second time we have been here, last being the same time 2 years ago. Overall we had a fantastic week, the staff are the friendliest people ever and it was a really relaxing week. The New Year's Eve gala dinner was also great, albeit let down just a little bit by an man playing the bagpipes out...

I am a Peace Corps Volunteer and I stayed at Coco with my family for a week, the hotel was full yet it felt like we were the only people there. The rooms are sexy, the patios are luxurious, and the pool was cold on the hot days. The biggest appeal is the food. The breakfast has fresh juices, fruits,...

Staying here was a delight and I cannot find anything to fault (well personally I don't like big TV's in the bar but that's just me! ) My room was amazing - HUGE - with one & half bathrooms and a balcony with seating large enough to sleep on if you wanted! Without exception the staff were lovely; friendly, helpful...

We had a fabulous time at The Gambia and a lot of the credit for that goes to the Coco Ocean. By the time we came home I had fallen in love with several of the staff and would have happily smuggled them onto the airplane if my partner hadn't restrained me. When we first arrived at our hotel we...
