I visited Nurka Farm House because of work and not for vacation or just accommodation. We had to meet with some guys form Latvia and found that Nurka is just perfect place between. It is situated between Pärnu and Estonian-Latvian border. You can say that actually it's in middle of nowhere, ie there is nothing special nearby if you don't have a car. But that is the charm of the place. Actually you can hear the highway noise a little bit but that's not a problem. There are 2 or 3 separate buildings with bedrooms. I slept on old building which' decoration was very stylish. Felt like old times in my grandma's. Beds were comfortable. I liked very much the common room. Unfortunately had not much time to spend there. In main building there are also room on the 2nd floor and on the 1st floor are dining/seminar room, big kitchen and sauna. Again I liked the kitchen. It has big table where up to 20 people can sit around and talk. Sauna had also old times feeling but was stylish at the same time. Owners of the place were very friendly and helpful. E-mail correspondence was quick and objective. So all in all - I do want to go there one more time with my friends or family and just rest one weekend there. Also I'd suggest the place to travelers who are coming from Latvia/Lithuania or heading that direction and want to take a little rest.…
