This was my first time there. I've been to Wadi Rum many times, but this was my first at UFO. The bubble experience is definitely worth trying, but there are many things to improve: - Rooms were not very clean. Staff had to bring clean towels later after calling the reception a few times. - The room clearly needs some maintenance. - I didn't like the food. I mean it was fine if you're starving, but definitely not delicious. They need to work on their dinner and breakfast buffets. - I am not going to complain about flies, because I understand that it can be so hard to change that in an area like Wadi Rum. - Well, bathrooms have no doors, so make sure that you're staying there with a very close friend or a partner with whom you can really be "yourself". Good points: - Staff were helpful, especially Saliba. - Location is amazing. - They organize special activities, such as stargazing with Abdel Hadi. I am telling you: you can't miss this. You can't go back to wherever you came from without learning more about the stars and enjoying the view at night. I am pretty sure you won't find that anywhere else.

Starting with the warm welcoming smile of Riham, to the friendliness and professionalism of Nabil, the nice and clean bubble rooms, and closing with the breathtaking stargazing session with Abdelhadi. All together made the UFO Luxotel experience a memorable one.
