This is a great B&B in a gorgeous property located about 10min drive to Giverny. The room I had was beautiful, with nice interior design and a homely feel, plus a very nice and clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and filling, especially the croissants, the homemade jams and homemade yoghurt. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for those without a... More

We stayed at this particular location when doing the Avenue Verte, we discovered that the location is far from ideal for the bike ride, however it is very close to Giverny where Monet lived so it depends on what you are looking for. The owner, Carl, is a South African and speak impeccable English and French, he is very intense.... More

Came upon this place by accident because many places booked. Delighted we did so. Absolutely charming, unpretentious, quirky rooms, extremely comfortable. Most welcoming host who actually speaks good English though he didn't let on at first!! Very interesting conversationalist on a variety of subjects. Lovely, strictly continental, breakfast. beautiful surroundings. No restaurant, no telly. A really rural French experience. But... More

One of the quietest locations we had during our visit to Europe. No sirens, car horns or road noise. About 10-15 minutes from Claude Monet's gardens in Giverny, 2 1/2 hour drive to American Cemetery in Normandy, and hour and 15 minutes to Versaille. Took the train from nearby Vernon to Paris one day. The owner, Carl, is most helpful... More

This is a lovely B&B in the French countryside. It's an old farmhouse & the house and rooms are simple but clean & charming. The host is delightful and very helpful with things to do & see in the area. The breakfast is amazing, fresh bread, homemade jams, homemade yogurt, the best croissant etc.

We stayed here with two couples as it is close to Giverny and Monet's garden. What a nice experience. The rooms were good, very clean and with bathroom. The location is ideal for a longer stay in a quiet environment and there are lots of things to see in the vicinity. The host did an excellent job in making us... More

Set in a charming village close to Vernon and ideally situated to visit Giverny and Monet's garden this B&B offers a relaxing stay. Our host Carl was most informative giving us good information about restaurants and points of interest in the area. The rooms were spacious, overlooking the gardens. Forest Farm has all the charm and characteristics of being away from the city life. Nestled in the country side it is the ultimate getaway for peace and relaxation. Plenty of things to do and the owner is extremely pleasant and very accommodating to all his guests.
