I would like to thank Leah & Dan for a amazing stay, they both give me a warm smile each morning with amazing customer service PAY RISE is needed for these two staff members. My only issue is in the morning, my food order is always wrong or it comes late.
Stayed for one night during second lock down as critical worker- room was fine- food was the worst I have had at any hotel during the pandemic- served in plastic trays with cheap plastic cutlery. Room service is fine but at least give some value for money with the food offering- I stay at hotels on average 2/3 nights per week all over the UK and this was the worst I have ever had. Fish and chips - fish was grey batter was hard and oily - chips were just OK desert was liquid apple pie and custard in a cardboard carton- Will never use an hotel in this group again
Stayed at this hotel whilst working in Stockport and there’s 2 members of staff who went the extra mile I would like to personally thank and mention - Danny and Leah on nights who made sure my stay was brilliant.
couldn't go wrong! everyone always tried to go out there way, was lovely to come in and see leahs smile on front desk and have that warm welcoming and down to earth feeling from Dan top guy. all staff are amazing and polite rooms are brill
I always nip in to Starbucks on my way to work in the morning, the service is excellent, the staff are great and remember my drink and ask me how I have been, the drinks are amazing and always made to perfection would highly recommend this store
