The hotel has an excellent location and a large parking lot. I was surprised that upon arrival, the welcome drinks are given randomly, some received, some waited but did not receive, I don't know how this is determined. The room we got was nice, but you could see a cheaper reconstruction. The switches were already slightly out of order, some things are insufficient for an observant customer - poor quality application of the protective layer around the bathtub. What surprised me was that the 4-star hotel lacked packages with shower gel... Of course, I complained about it, but it was not rectified. I was told that refill containers with the necessary gels would be installed, but this did not happen during the stay. (I paid €500 for 2 people for 2 nights with half board and access to the wellness). Dinners were in the form of a buffet with a smaller selection. Appetizers and desserts were not marked with allergens. The doors to the rooms did not close well, an inattentive customer can accidentally leave the room open - I tested it several times. The mattresses were soft enough that I had the impression of crawling. Wellness was fine. Breakfast had no sign at all allergens. I did not understand why they give a welcome drink during breakfast (Sunday), when most people leave. It can be fine for families with children (the hotel has many options with children's playgrounds and swimming pools), but for adults without children, I could choose another stay in a minute. Slovak vacationers can get an accommodation voucher, which does not mean that a 4-star hotel - not cheap - should rely on the quality of the services offered, especially when you can check the hotel's profit for the year. I added one star for 0 waste and that the hotel tries to work with renewable energy sources.

One of the best hotels in Slovakia which is great for families as well as couples. Very good location, excellent service, frienly helpful staff, fantastic food and a wonderful wellness. Andrej Gardon 3/5 pred hodinou na Google Nice hotel, lot of activities for children, kind personal, kitchen with local products. Rooms small but ok for sleeping. Nice welness and Ajax farm (how ever communication with Farm was not smooth from reception contact to onsite). Be aware of conditions when you book. My personal experience in regard of organization of personal celabration was very poor from room reservation to food options. Keep to web page booking that is best option! This experience was in big contrast with what we have experienced on site. If you want personal celebration and you are not wedding or company meeting do not expected any help... All in all - book your stay, enjoy it, do not ask us anything. All that you can get is already on page...Far from what you expect from four stars.

This hasn’t satisfied my basic needs for a hotel. The room is too hot (no ac of course). So try to open windows and you get subjected to many people on terrace below room chatting into the night. Why don’t they locate this public place away from the rooms? And smoking, kept smelling cigarette and cigar smoke in my room. They allow smoking outside rooms on terrace below the rooms. So either it is too hot and in your room or else noisy and quite smoky in room. How is this acceptable? There are a lot of employees and amenities and other stuff in lobby which i suppose is why it is a 4 star hotel and also runs up the cost. Butt if it cant satisfy the most basic necessities of a hotel who cares? Am i impressed with a concierge and useless employees all over and multitude of wellness spas if I cant even sleep? Of course not. Cant recommend this unless this sort of faux luxury impresses you. Hate this sort of pretentious place which cant even provide basic hotel satisfaction.

20 kms far of the city of Brezno, ca. 5 times a day non expensive bus service. In the middle of forrest and "Nizke Tatry" mountins. Perfect, friendly and foreign languages speaking staf. Good food and drinks, wellness area, fitness, bar/dancing.

We were in the hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Excellent staff attitude, excellent and varied breakfast, beds and mattresses are extremely comfortable. The paid dinner is not worth the payment for it beyond that was perfect.The spa complex was nice and a nice pool with hot tub definitely added to the experience.

Just perfect :) The hotel has very good location on foothills of Low Tatras. Very close to a forest and a golf club. Junior Panorama room is excellent with all comfort and a very nice view from the balcony. The wellness center is very large and has a unique architecture. Personnel is very nice, polite and helpful.

some rooms needs renovation,mainly bathrooms (we were on the first floor) and buffet for breakfast and dinner shoud be really more various (not worthy for a 4stars hotel) but besides everything i had perfect time during my stay. nice staff,everything clean,super services,one of the best wellness in slovakia and food of good quality.definitely come back
