Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely family-run Hotel, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, good evening meal menu. The suite price includes access to spa facility, comprising jaccuzi, sauna, infra red sauna. The swimming pool is a small outdoor inflatable one. Massage and other treatments available. Breakfast is a good continental one, with cooked eggs to order. The town is a very brisk 40 minute walk away, or you can park the car at the pedestrian bridge to the spa island to cut the walking time in half. Private parking free at the hotel. Don't forget to take your key to get in at night though, the gates and doors are locked early.

Went here for dinner in January. There were only two other table being occupied but service was slow and definitely without a smile.

However, the food was fantastic. I had Goose Pate with was fantastic and then had the veal and pigs cheeks between us. The pigs cheeks were incredibly tasty: make sure you try these. We had the poopy ice-cream (a little bland) and the creme brûlée for dessert which was a fantastic: one of the best I've every had.

We had a bottle of presseco and a few other drinks. The bill came in at 70EUR which I would say is great value for lunch good food.

If the service was a little better this would have been a 5 star rating.

very clean and nice penzion, including room, restaurant and reception.
however: broken toilet seat and shower hanger (replaced after we mentioned it, but still had the first night like that.
the food was ok + the first evening, everyone tried to help me with my special diet.
the second night the waiter was rude, and the salad we ordered especially because of the dressing - came without...any dressing. I have never met such a rude waiter before.
but we are stuck with the place for 2 more days in which we will buy no more dinners.

Been there only one night, but the atmosphere is really relaxing. You can hear the birds and the chickens outside.
Very friendly staff, good meal. The room is big and clean.
Only downside is that you cannot smoke in the balcony, only in a designated area in the restaurant. It was a disadvantage for us, i guess for others its a plus...

I have stay here with mum for one night and we met very nice and professional staff at reception, restaurant and spa. We enjoyed dinner very much (compliment to chef) and next day we had relaxing massage. Location is not great as there is nothing around but we didn't mind.

This hotel offers accommodation in quiet common rooms considering the three stars’ standard but the main and unique experience comes in the restaurant. The cuisine is modern Slovak and fine. It is quite difficult to find restaurant serving such great food in Slovakia generally, not speaking about Piestany region only. This restaurant offers also very nice selection of wine from Slovakia and the world as well. The interior of the restaurant is welcoming with nice fire place. Service in the restaurant is beyond standards of Slovak restaurants as well. You can feel confident that any guest of yours will be nicely surprised and you can spend nice evening having dinner. The hotel also offers wellness with Finish sauna, jacuzzi and several massage treatments provided by professional masseurs from nearby spa in Piestany. This place is definitely worth visiting or at least having it in consideration.
