Today's special was pan seared scallops, with spinach, cherry tomato, peas, and tatties. Everything was perfect and delicious. My party also enjoyed the fish and chips which I was lucky enough to get to share. The haddock was flaky and battered lightly, and fried to crispy perfection without a hint of being greasy from the first bite to the last. The...

Stayed with friends as we travelled through the Highlands and were not disappointed. Convenient location and a short walk to the center of town. On the bus route to Urqhart Castle and other sites in the area. Our room was in the connected "annex" and was quite comfortable. Well appointed and updated and an easy outside covered walk to the...

Enjoyed our stay at this inn, great selection of tea/coffee etc in our room, good food and bar downstairs. Rooms were a bit small, beds were hard and it was quite expensive. Good location near loch ness and divach falls. Wi-Fi was ok in the morning but at peak times was rubbish

We stayed one night at the Inn at the end of week around the West Coast. It was our final stop. I booked a double room, B&B. When we arrived we were quickly attended to and shown to our room. The room was small, but clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed - no frills but...

This wasn't the first time I've been invited to join friends staying in the area for lunch here. My previous experience here had been very poor but i was led to believe it was under new management so i thought i would give it another chance. If my friends hadnt travelled nearly 600 miles to stay in the area and...

We stayed here on the third night of a 5 night trip around Scotland. This was the most expensive and the least exciting of them all. The room is very "motel" like - very small and there our bathroom had a very pungent chemical smell. The bathroom floor is industrial type lino - not very nice to walk with bare...

We stayed at the Loch Ness Inn last weekend for 1 night. From the time we checked it was perfect. While the rooms are not the Ritz they were spotless and very well decorated. The food was out of this world. My husband is still talking about his main course and the bar in the back is great fun. Would...
