This place is beyond words, and i must say one must definitely stay here when in Ravangla. Clean, hygienic rooms with excellent hospitality and mesmerizing views - one should not ask for more. Would love to come back for sure.

This property is very nice ..the service,foods the staffs everything is good but I want to mention that they should provide heater without any charge as per the location the temperature goes below 0 degree but there is no heater in any room...one more thing I want to add they power off the geyzer and as per very cold weather the water is very chilled and it will take 30-40 min to hot.so these two are the drawback otherwise good property and surroundings.

We booked our stay at Hiltop Rabong Resort in October for a 3-day trip on the 24th of November. I must admit that I was apprehensive about the stay there since there had been some communication gap in the initial phase of the booking with the property owner Mr. Sayantan Banerjee. But the moment we stepped into the property we understood that we are in a paradise. The hospitality we received from Ashok Rai (caretaker) and his family members really made our tour memorable. Apart from the hospitality, we must thank their chef for supplying us with delicious meals for all three days. I have no words to describe the views of the mountain from the property. All the rooms here face the Pandim range. Luckily we had a clear sky and the area was full of Cherryblossoms. We went unknowingly during November but became gainers . Nature poured her beauty at our doorsteps and the people there made it a heaven. If you are travelling to Ravangla, you must stay at the Hilltop Rabong. Of course the main town has other options, but nothing with match the rustic appeal of this place. …
