We stayed in barfung retreat for two nights, and our stay was amazing. Completely changed our trip. Away from the city . • very peaceful • deserves 5 star for cleanliness • very well behaved and helpful staff • great food, you can do bonfire if you want. • great view from room. • totally safe • perfect for family vacation as well as trip with friends. * Special thanks to the lady in front desk , Sommeya. She is soo helpful and co-operative, always with a smile.

I got to know about this awesome retreat from TripAdvisor and did not hesitate to book it immediately when I planned my vacations with family. Our cottage was located in a scenic location within the woods. The entire staff , specially the manager - Mr. Dinesh, was very courteous and helpful. The way they treated us, made our stay relaxing , enjoyable and worth a memory... thanks to the Team of Barfung Retreat.

Go for it. Serene stay. Top notch hospitality. Good food. Fast room service. Room heater is actually effective. Better than anywhere else I experienced. Kanchenjunga can be viewed from rooms. Planning to visit again.
