This hotel is one of the best things to remember during our trip. Price is cheap but the hotel is good. Rooms are quite big with balcony. Resort is well maintained. I definitely suggest to stay in this hotel. Had a pleasant stay there and staffs are very helpful. Especially owner is very helpful.

We reached 10:30 pm during train late...but they with-out knowing us ready our dinner.....that was remarkable...... Also arrange car for whole tour in low price according to the market..... At the end our tour was nice. Thanks to "clouds end retreat".

We have given 4 rooms below gound floor for our family. Experience was terrible and like to menion few of them - TV: We asked for cable for cricket match, they tried to refill the pack and after some time all in vain. ROOM AND BED: # We asked to change the bed sheet of three rooms as full of black spots in the bed sheet. Obviously all the rag and kambals were dirty and torned. (forgot to take the pix 😕) # we have got spider net in the conner of the each room. # There is whole in the window for the outside cold wind. # Walls are full of bad spot #Size of Electric plugs point, you are not able to put your plug. ( Saw first time). Bathrooms: commode waswithout the cover and so difficult to seat. Bathroom door lock is not working Used shampoo and soap packets were present. So many points, overall it is not maintained properly by manager. Lastly behavior of the manager was very rough on saying NO in any facility. Only one positive point food was good by a bengali cook and also the view. But if you are panic to stay in the room the what is meaning to see the view. .... Not recommended...

We booked hotel for 2 day,2 rooms for 14th and 15th May 2018 through Agoda but hotel manager Jayanta denied and says only one room for two days, after showing documents manager agreed with us and offered a below graded hotel nearby. We are disagree to stay there and requested to arrange in Clouds End . This drama continue nearly two hours and after that we finally got two rooms in Clouds End. We got a room with view which located lower portion on the hotel and a room without View. On dinner table other tourist complain to the manager to hear few unnatural sound in the rooms. We also experienced same kind of unnatural sound (like someone pulled heavy metal on the floor, few sound like activity on kitchen and a pin hammering on wall or Coffin like ) . Manager Jayanta also agree with us that he also heard same kind of sound but confirm us no such activity is there. Finally we spent a sleepless night there because of paranormal activity and the very next morning leave hotel .
