A very relaxed Homestay type experience but with your own space to relax. Rajesh and Neema will look after you graciously and reveal the wealth of local attractions available nearby. Here you feel suspended in time amid lush landscapes and endless horizon. Meals are delicious unique home cooked local dishes prepared by Neema and her team, that epitomise Keralas world...

If you are looking for room service, wifi, tv, and all the modern amenities, stop right there. If you want to spend time on the border seperating a coffee estate and a forest overlooking beautiful western ghats, have lovely conversations with your hosts, have awesome Kerala cuisine , of which most of the items are cooked from their plantation. The...

My stay in Aranyakam has been over my expectations! This homestay is located in a peacfull area, this is a jewel. We feel like at home! Also, rooms are very confortable. Neema and Rajesh are very warm welcome and Neema's food is just the best food I had during my stay in South India. I have enjoyed to walk around...

We can’t say enough about Neema’s cooking and conversation. We stayed at this delightful Homestay for five nights in March. After a morning walk or a full day of exploring their farm, her special Kerelan meals were mouth watering delights. We were happy to walk locally, enjoy the views and watch the harvesting of peppercorns, turmeric and coffee beans. The...

2 types of accomodations are available: 6 rooms in an old house with a great veranda, and 2 tree huts , offering basic comfort but overlooking a valley and in the middle of the plantation. The owners are very attentive to their guests' needs and more than happy to show the various trees and plants growing on their grounds. Breakfast...

Large rooms in huge wooden house, with coffee and spices growing all around. Lovely organic food served by friendly owners and staff. Great place to be quiet away from the internet. Lots of things to see around, tea, pineapples, coffee, spices etc etc

We have just spent 6 days in one of the tree houses on this estate and I have to say it was divine . The views are magnificent ,the hospitality 1st rate and food out of this world . Over the mountains one hears Hindu music playing that drifts across the valley and the call to prayer from another ....

Rajesh and Neema are delightful hosts. We stayed in the main house, and though there were a few oddities, like a mouse in one room, and a hornet in another, our hosts couldn't have been nicer. The bird life was spectacular and another time I would have liked to stay in one of the 'tree houses' overlooking the valley.

We visited Aranyakam as part of a motorcycle tour of Kerala. Our host could not have been more helpful. He came out himself to guide us in, provided a jeep for the pillion passengers when we found the entry road a little bumpy and accompanied us on excursions to guide and inform us. The breakfasts and evening meals were home...

A lovely place with charming proprietors. We had an interesting cookery demonstration the day we arrived. There is an internet quirk, which allows some people to get online, but not others. Of the 6 people staying, 2 iPads resolutely refused to play, and Rajesh went to enormous trouble trying to make it work, and also offered the use of his...
