Lovely room, spacious modern bathroom, great breakfast and a very helpful host. Would recommend the dinner too. After a long day, the hot tub was perfect with its amazing view. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this wonderful b&b. The hostess, Cécile, was most welcoming and very helpful with route choices as we were traveling by bicycle. The meals were excellent and the house very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this b&b if you are in the area (which is very beautiful).

We stayed only for one night and were in the Mozart room - it was amazing with a beautiful en suite bathroom. We enjoyed a fabulous meal with a strong local focus. The starter featured blue d'Auvergne cheese and we had steak from the local cattle for the main course. We enjoyed the evening with Cécile, Jacque and one of their children talking a mix of french and english. We were the only guests on the night we stayed and we were shown round the other bedrooms. The telecaster room has to be seen to be believed! The house is very tastefully decorated. Wonderful! I'd recommend it to anyone. We were travelling from Ste Maxime on the south coast to Saumur on the Loire

The six of us stayed here for one night as part of a family cycling holiday on our way from Brioude to Salers. It was an ideal stay. We were made extremely welcome and enjoyed a great 'table d'hôtes' with the host's family who were able to provide gluten free food for one of our sons as well. In a combination of English and French we were able to talk well into the evening even including some music. There was a safe shed for the bikes. Breakfast was shared with all the guests and was again a sociable event. After leaving in the morning we visited an exhibition in the village on the geology and history of the area - a really professional and modern interpretation with lots of information on the Puy Mary volcano - a steep cycle for the last couple of kilometers!
