This hotel shows signs of wear, but it may be the best option for a few days in Pleiku. It is central to the smallish (about 200,000 people) city, so getting around is easy. The staff were very helpful. The food in the Acacia restaurant at noon, with me as the only guest, was good. Although the hotel seemed abandoned,...

Our room overlooked the fountain, it was very clean and was a good size. We had very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant and they have quiet a large selection on their menu. Breakfast was equally enjoyable with a good variety to choose from.

No doubt HAGL is a nice place to stay and good value for money in comparison with other places in Pleiku The reviews submitted by members still remain to be true that HAGL has not bothered to sort them out 1- Yes , there is a karaoke / Singing place at the back of Hotel which gets alive most of...

Location is good - most central place in town. Reception and staff are ok, speak quit well English. Room, towels, bath tube and bed sheet are very dirty. Matress is a pure night mare. Uncomfortable and with every move very noisy. Spa area is just a joke.

Nice room!!! Roof top bar was closed but enjoyed 3rd floor coffee bar. Registration people speak great English. Great service!!! I would stay here again. Didn't visit karaoke or massage parlor. Loved the balcony and wooden doors overlooking the waterfall!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is helpful, the rooms are attractively decorated, the breakfast is extensive and tasty, the location is central, but the beds are impossibly uncomfortable. We thought it was just us, but our friend in another room said her back was sore, too. She said she could feel the springs poking into her back. For us,...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, for a conference. This hotel is the biggest one in the area, owned by one of the most powerful company in Vietnam. Pros: big, spacy Cons: old, dark, poor facilities (600 peoples, but only 1 working elevator, it was overloaded and stopped working on the second day, we had to climb 7...

Even though this hotel is the biggest and locates at the center of town, its facility and service is not truly 4 star but more like a 3 star! Room starts showing some wear and tear but its wi-fi is the worst, slow and keep dropping off! I had made complaints but they tried to solve once and never bothered...

Good location. Room is spacious. Staff are nice but not well train. Breakfast under average. Rooftop cafe is closed for renovation. Bathroom need more maintenance and cleaning. But rumor is this hotel is still the best in Pleiku.

The rooms are a little bit old, as the rest of the hotel. Which is aged!! But taking into account that this is not a turistic area, it is good enough!! Nice buffet. Personnel were very attentive as in every place in vietnam!!
