We did an extraordinary private Thai cooking class. The restaurant accommodated our need for vegetarian food. Sunny greeted us graciously when we arrived. The cooking staff —Ben, Bah, Kim and Kim were superb. Our food turned out great. Dung is a first class waiter! Meena, our hostess, was unbelievable! She knew that we liked a condiment set at the restaurant so after work she went to the local market to buy us one as a gift. Such a kind and memorable gesture! Sylvan, the manager, should be proud of his gracious staff. The Pru, the Michelin star restaurant, was also unforgettable. Kat was a top notch waitress. We couldn’t take enough pictures of the delicious and creative vegetarian dishes that they made for us. Finally, what a view from our room with a private pool. Thank you so much for a great stay at your resort. We feel like we were in paradise.…
Wonderful property had a beach front pool villa, pool and view was lovely and very private, room layout was perfect, staff was very attentive. Very quiet and just hear the ocean waves breaking on the shore Would definitely come back again in a heartbeat
Trisara is like a home away from home. The rooms are spotless. The service is on tap without being OTT. The room pools are excellent. Overall the Aman has a better beach but Trisara is the better experience. Given a toss up between the two, I would prefer Trisara but you can't go wrong with either.
This was our 4th visit to Trisara. It is by far the best resort we’ve ever stayed at anywhere around the world. The accommodation, staff, food and cleanliness is second to none. Just ask Tor for any of your food preferences. Tik will look after all your in house and outside needs. Overall 10/10.
This resort has to be in the top 3 in Phuket. Friendly and professional service was experienced. If your a 'foodie' then this resort is for you. We were disappointed we couldn't book the Michelin Star restaurant because they dont allow youngsters. Breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the best I've ever had compared to other high end hotels Ive stayed at. The villa was great and so were the views. My daughter loved the swimming lessons. Teacher was fantastic. Highly recommend
The 4 bedroom villa was fantastic with beautiful views and a huge swimming pool. Had most of our meals cooked by the Villa chef which was fantastic. The Villa host NOK made our stay even better. Nevertheless, the villa has a lot of frogs and mosquitoes.
This is our third visit in six months and everything is still as amazing as it was during our first two stays. Absolutely delighted to be back and to interact with all the team here, it’s like coming back to our second home. The BBQ buffet on the beach was outstanding with excellent live music and a memorable fire show. We were meant to go out, and must thank Khun Tor for helping us change our mind to join the buffet instead. We look forward to hopefully returning again very soon!
My family spent 7 nights in 3 hotels in Phuket. Trisara was the best among the three. Every touch point gave fantastic experience. I booked the hotel in a travel fair in Bangkok. Khun Mook and Khun Ron were very helpful and informative. The Line admin was super responsive on sending additional information I requested regarding travel rules entering Phuket as well as hotel's facilities for kids. The real Trisara experience started with the transfer of Volvo XC90 with super polite and friendly drivers. In the SUV fully equipped with a baby car seat, homemade granola bar and water, the driver acted as a local guide who can narrate about local attractions along the ride. Trisara has an interesting kids club. Facility-wise, it's not the best. But there're good range of both free and paid activities on demand. There's no schedule here (who needs it when you're on your holidays). Khun Nam and Khun Aim at kids club were fun and friendly. My 6YO didn't want to come home because he wanted to play Lego with the staff there. (Playing Lego with mom and dad obviously is not as fun as playing with p'Nam and p'Aim) The beach is home to hundreds of beautiful hermit crabs. The sand is fine although not powdery. The water is very clear that you can do snorkel diving right at the end of the jetty. There're free water sports to try but I didn't have time to do it. The room, ocean view pool villa, which is the highlight is super spacious. As there're big rocks near by the hotel beach, you can hear the wave crashing sound from the room. That sound was soothing to me. As I travelled with a 6YO kid and a 9 months baby, the hotel prepared milk bottle sanitizer and baby bathtub in addition to a big kid bed and a baby crib. The room has a lot of electricity outlets which all were installed power socket protectors to keep the little people safe. The cleanliness is one of the best I've experienced especially the pool.…
We love the pool in the villa so much the size and depth are practical and the view was beautiful, the room was spacious, clean and cozy, the service was exceptional! We had a really memorable stay!!!
Room is fantastic. Service is superb. I rate it as the best hotel so far. I highly recommend for the honeymoon and family trip. The shore is nice and clean. you can see the hermit crab and and the fish swimming in the sea. I look forward to go back there again if I have a chance.
