1.The hotel is located near the road. You can't listen to silence. 2. A house with a panoramic view does not overlook nature, but overlooks the climbing wall and the neighboring house. Children have fun (and noisily) at the climbing wall in the morning 3. The hotel takes a deposit. They check that you haven't spoiled anything there. Loudly, on the radio with the maid. Checking is ok. But in other places they do it quietly, delicately and without collateral. It's like it's 1999, honestly. 4. Don’t believe beautiful photos about the restaurant. This is a rather uncomfortable cafe. Rude waitresses, who needed to smoke and talk, came to take orders for breakfast only by special invitation (mine). 5. Breakfast is not particularly tasty 6. The house has a very strange and uncomfortable layout. Cyclopean wardrobe in the bedroom, large cabinets in the kitchen. Empty. There is no stove. Two doors to the toilet, one of them is very narrow. A micro-sink that you can’t really wash your face over. The heated floors never warmed up in the bathroom. Not a single mirror. There is no door between the bedroom and living room (but there are two in the toilet!). The toilet is very crowded, you bump your butt against everything. The shower is small and may cause claustrophobia 7. Heating the house. Everything is ok in the living room, convector. In the bedroom the heat source is either underfloor heating or an electronic fireplace. Which makes noise, glows and does not stop. To choose from 8.Little details of service. Our remote control didn't work (the batteries were dead). The administrator asked if we could wait until tomorrow to do this. Of course we can. After all, we are only staying for 1 night. Ok, we scored. I asked where the heated floor is turned on - I don’t know. Search for yourself.
Friends, don't lose your money in this place. Go to others, in a quiet forest and with good service.

We had a family vacation for 3 days in a secret house house. Very friendly staff, delicious food. We tried many of the activities that the park offered. I had an unforgettable experience of descending on megatrolls through the forest and lake🔥🔥🔥 Fresh air, after which we slept so soundly in this cozy little house. In the morning, they always opened the curtains to admire the view through the viewing glass, watched the titmice, the local cats, and the fallen leaves from the trees. It was very warm in the house, we had enough warm floors, the radiator was turned off. The downside was that the sofa was very hard, which was supposed to be an extra seat for a child; we had to lay out all the bedspreads and towels in order to somehow soften the changes in the sofa. And for us the bed was comfortable, with a good mattress, and in the end the three of us slept on it in the morning)) Thank you for the rest! We are very glad that we went to Greenveld.

If you are looking for privacy, this is not the place for you. Right above the houses, which are positioned as secluded, with a view of the river, there are rope park trails, people scream overhead all day long. Also, this is not written in the description, on the map the trail is drawn in the distance.

We love everything in Greenvald! Nice greeting. Beautifull view and relaxing place if you want escape from st peterburgs. Only 1 hours from center st peterburgs by car or you can use sub urban train from udelnaya to zelenogorks train station then continue with taxi. Villa so comfy, clean and quite. Breakfast was super delicious. Many things you can do in here. This villa provide activities you need. But this place is in the middle of nowhere so if you need supply or something you can buy it first in city. No atm nearby.

Review of your vacation at Riverhouse! We have been regular guests of this base for 3 years now; we often went on weekends due to its proximity to St. Petersburg and the good natural location. There were shoals in different categories of houses in which we lived, but this time to the point of nausea! When we moved into the house, there was an ashtray with a bunch of cigarette butts from the previous residents. The dining table also absorbed the juices of living in all the cracks: seeds, husks, pieces of pistachios, the table was dirty and stained. We were put in a house with a yellow !plastic! a cracked sink and shower stall covered in slime all over the doors, which had been accumulating for years and for some reason had not been washed! The water in the cabin and in the sink hardly left! The shower cabin is designed for a person 1.65 m tall, if taller, his head is in the ceiling. The distance from the toilet to the wall (door) will not allow you to sit down, this is a problem for the entire base))) in a restaurant the same way. How can you take measurements like that? The towels are a hundred years old, apparently since the opening of the base they have not found such “colossal” costs to renew the towels, it’s like dogs have been tearing them for a long time and tediously! One lamp in the bathroom, dim from dust and cobwebs, had apparently not been cleaned since opening! The laminate on the floor is all ruined, with cracks on which we scratched our feet! There are wires hanging from the ceiling on the window, some beams and pieces of paper are sticking out in disarray, the view is ruined, the idea of the house has not been brought to fruition! In general, everything is in the traditions of Russian tourism, trying to squeeze out a huge loot from a dead base, where they didn’t care about people, service and aesthetics! This is our third year here and the same breakfasts for three years, equally tasteless pancakes on water for 3 years! In general, we forgot this place and will find another, since everything has gone to the bottom here!

We stayed in a room with a sauna. First of all, thank you very much for your dog-friendly policy; we all enjoyed spending these days with you. We went on weekdays and one holiday. I was worried that the number would be killed and there would be too much noise, as they write here. But everything came together perfectly - the room is in excellent condition, the ropes course is open until late. Except that during the day music thunders from the gazebo and banquet hall, but this did not cause me any discomfort. During the day we walked around the territory, once even visited the rope courses ourselves (we were delighted, but they were not very well balanced in terms of difficulty and ability to descend), in the evening we barbecued on our terrace and lay in the sauna. The breakfasts are very tasty. The room was handed over quite calmly. The weather was sunny, the sunsets were beautiful, I will remember this short vacation for a long time, and would gladly come back here again.

Nice place for a change. Clean - good housekeeping. Our house CX2 had everything we needed: dishes, air conditioning, stove, dishwasher. Good wifi signal.
It would be great to upgrade the mattress as some of the springs dig into the back significantly while sleeping.

We vacationed with friends from August 5 to 6, 2023 in the Safari Tent. The tent is not bad, but constantly going down to the bathroom and getting back up is hard, but it’s not particularly scary. On August 5, we had a corporate party, but my friends and I booked a tent in advance to stay an extra night. At 5 pm we wanted to bring our things and continue to rest. As a result, we went downstairs from the banquet hall to the reception. The administrators showed themselves in a disgusting light: they absolutely did not listen to what we asked them. I extracted information from them about what was required of me upon check-in. And while they pulled it out, they went about their business, showing their ignorance and indifference in every way. We checked in and saw that in this tent the zipper of the mosquito cover came apart at the entrance, and the main zipper of the tent simply did not fasten because the teeth of the zipper were torn out. We started calling the admins. The admin said that he would send a technician. We've been waiting for him for a loooong time. As a result, he came, coated the lightning with grease and said that he could not help us. The tent is broken. We started calling the admins, it was ten o’clock and the admins simply rejected our calls. We realized that they no longer work, although the website states that in the summer they are open until 23:00. We didn't go downstairs and make a fuss again. And with whom... There was no one from the administration. As a result, we spent the night in an open tent with mosquitoes. In the morning everyone was bitten. Thank you so much damn. In the morning we went for breakfast. The omelette is slightly thicker in thickness than a sheet of paper. Pancakes are dry. In short, this breakfast is not worth 500 rubles. When you have breakfast, you want to see the joyful and sweet faces of the waiters. We came across a girl who apparently hated the whole world. There is no mood after such a night, and that too. In short, don’t set foot there again. It's not worth that kind of money
