A beautiful restaurant, very quirky with a lovely welcome. Interesting menu.. tapas starter was sensational, beef fillet was a little tough bur the ox cheek was very tender and dessert was gorgous !! Drinks service was slow and we were forgotten after ordering another glass. The atmosphere was peaceful but could have dine with some gentle music for a romantic...

I booked this for one night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. We arrived in time for a delicious Tapas lunch, booked into a lovely light spacious room ( no 8) then enjoyed the garden walk. Fantastic art, we loved the viriety of sculptures arranged on the terraces with paths winding through woodland down to the river. Many magnificent pieces...

I have a little problem, well a big problem actually, it seems that restaurants in this part of the world think that good food is ONLY nouvelle cuisine, good food is only that food that has been fashioned to within an inch of it’s life, well there are times when that is true, usually only in some of the very...

Excellent place to stay with so many sculptures in their beautiful.grounds with a river running through. The food is excellent serving breakfast lunch and dinner winning best restaurant in North Devon 2016/2017 and very good value for money and the staff are nice.

We came upon the Broomhill Art hotel quite by accident and loved it. We were lured in by the sculptures which appeared at the side of the road and ventured up the drive to see if we could get a meal at lunchtime. The art work is spectacular - so much so see outside and inside. A very welcoming member...

Literally booked this hotel last minute arriving about 20 minutes after booking on line. The hotel is an old mansion type house. Our room was pleasant if a little small but certainly value for money. We ate in the restaurant and again the 3 course meal was excellent in both quality and price. The garden's are well worth a visit...

I stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised, the room was fairly small but well appointed, nice quality furnishings, very nice bathroom. There was a small issue with no hot water when I checked in, but this was soon corrected. As it was a pleasant evening, I took a stroll round the sculpture gardens, interesting but a bit highbrow...

I stayed for 1 night here with family. We had an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming to an already lovely relaxing atmosphere. Food was excellent and the rooms clean and spacious. We walked around the sculpture garden and even though it's not really our thing I'm sure people who like this art will enjoy it. We only live...

Stayed for one night on a January special deal . Took our Son and Daughter-in-law and Daughter and Son-in-law for a little family treat . We had been recommended by three or four friends so were fairly confident about booking . We were greeted by a very polite and friendly member of staff who took us up to our rooms...

We stayed for one night at this lovely hotel. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The evening meal was very good. All local ingredients, I would definitely recommend. The sculptures in the grounds are all interesting if a bit weird, the setting however is very picturesque. The only drawback was the breakfast, which could have been hotter.
