We stayed here just before Christmas 2019. I'd put off going to DLP for years as I didn't want to stay here (family of 5) but in the end booked it for my 40th birthday knowing that it would be a good few years before being able to stay in a hotel. I wish we'd done it years earlier as we all loved it and it was the perfect place to stay. The extra space of the cabins was ideal for us especially having children of different ages and also with additional needs it meant that the evenings could be spent chilling out in their own space. We had one of the premium cabins which meant that we were in one of the closest areas to the facilities so we were able space and 2 shower rooms so no queuing for the shower in the morning! We paid for the Christmas package, so had a tree and the window decorations plus a gift for the children and adults. As one of our sons was 14 at the time he wasn't eligible for the children's gift which was a Pluto soft toy but he still loves his "cuddlies". They were brilliant down at reception as we explained the situation and asked if there was any way that we could buy one for him but instead they gave us one which was lovely. Crockett's Tavern was definitely the best place that we ate at the entire week we were there. I wish we'd eaten there more often actually. Before we went I hadn't seen much, if anything about Crockett's Saloon which is the bar that they have there. It's quite small, although does have a fair bit of outside space which would be really nice in summer. The service was good in there, and most importantly they serve Glowtini's! This is actually the cheapest place to get one by far. The pool looked great, however, even though we planned to use it we didn't manage to as we forgot to pack all the swimming costumes except mine. They do have a vending machine with swimming costumes and trunks but they don't sell swimming shorts so unfortunately we missed out on trying out the pool. The shop is well stocked, both with food and gifts etc. The staff are really friendly all over the site. The breakfast pack that you get from the kiosks is plentiful and great to use for lunch as well as breakfast.

We drove there from England with a family of four back in June 2019, me, my wife, and two kids, son 6 and daughter 2. We loved it, the cabin is very suitable for a young family of four. The cabin had two bathrooms and a BBQ pit outside along with a picnic table outside. One room had a master bedroom with the other room had twin beds. The living room/kitchen was big enough for us and of course the TV was playing Disney. The people at reception was very wonderful and helpful. We had a package deal with buffet meals at selected restaurants and breakfast included. We ate at the Ranch the first night using one of our vouchers and the food was actually very good. If we had to pay out of pocket, we would look for something else since it's very expensive for a family of four. The bar was very good, a little expensive too, but the drinks were good. We also had access to the pool which was very nice. The breakfast in the morning where we had to pick it up at the huts were actually not bad and we would take what we had left with us as snacks inside the Disney parks. Getting to the Disney parks from the Ranch is actually easy and to get into the ranch, you have to show the security guard your pass to get inside the premises. The only issue we had was the parking. You have to back into the spot instead of regular parking. We would stay again after COVID.

We actually stayd there a couple of times as we loved the place, but after last visit not going back there anymore, till Ranch installs cameras everywhere as we had unwelcomed night visitor to the cabin. Unfortunatelly he escaped, but luckily didn't managed to steal anything as my mom woke up and scared him away. We have idea who was it, but have no proof. Just WANNA WARN ALL FAMILIES STAYING THERE- MAKE SURE YOU REALLY LOCK THE DOORS AND CLOSE WINDOWS!!!! BE SAFE.

My favourite place at disneyland to stay. the cabins are amazing and perfect for the kids to be able to spend some time out of the park and then go swimming or the park. Theres also a bar and they do the most amazing cocktails. its only a 10 minute drive to the park too which is ideal. easy to come and go as you please!

I stayed here with my partner in January this year. We had a cabin for four people even though it was the two of us as it actually worked out cheaper! The cabins are clean and aren’t bad accommodation. Of course the inside is decorated to match the western theme which is quite charming but a little out dated. It would have been quite a squeeze of four people had been staying in our cabin. There was a little outside area with decking that had a BBQ but as it was cold January weather we didn’t use it. The cabin came with a fridge, microwave and hob but unfortunately no oven which was a shame as we went to a local supermarket and bought a pizza ( we were unable to cook) for dinner. We wanted to self cater to try and save money but wasn’t that doable with what we had in the kitchen so we ended up going to the restaurant on site. The restaurant buffet was pricey but the food was great! They had a big variety of mains and puddings! There is something for everyone! As someone with a sweet tooth I went to the pudding section a few times! We ended up eating there most of the nights we stayed as we were tired after a day at Disney so just wanted something easy! Now for the cocktails! There is a very cute tavern located opposite the restaurant which is really nice if you want a place to chill out and have a drink in the evening! If you are staying here it’s definitely worth a trip! There’s a pool table too so good if you need to keep the kids entertained. Me and my partner went there a few times and each time tried a new cocktail, they even had Star Wars themed drinks which my partner appreciated! The staff were also lovely and friendly. There is a general store on site too, it does sell quite a lot of different things including drinks, bread, fresh fruit, candy, merchandise etc Again it was quite pricey but to be expected from a resort shop! There was a breakfast basket we had heard about so my partner went to the little cabins located on the site to pick one up in the morning but unfortunately wasn’t available for some reason as the cabins were permanently shut. So we ended up getting breakfast style food from the general store. Overall I would say it’s a pretty good place to stay, about 15 minute drive to the park so it’s not too far. Of course you will need a car for this as no shuttle is provided. The cabins are on the basic side but the tavern and restaurant are the highlights of staying here.
