Fabulous 4-day stay recently that was the highlight of a two-week Italian tour with close friends. To cut to the chase, Denise Pardini is the best hotelier that we have ever encountered. She's figured out what her guests might enjoy and has it teed up before you think to ask. An inspired chef who offers a dinner menu featuring the...

We had the most fantastic, wonderful and memorable five-day stay at Castello di Sinio. It is outstanding on every level! Let me start with the proprietor and chef Denise Pardini. She is gracious, organized and completely dedicated to making sure that you have the best time ever. She organizes private winetastings that are well worth the money. Her food is...

Denise is a master hostess and chef. Everything at the hotel has been perfectly curated and thought out. There is no detail left out. Denise is an expert on everything in the area, from hikes and restaurants to wines and wine tastings. She is a treasure trove of information and is eager to share her knowledge with her guests. Although we had read positive reviews about the Castello, our experience far surpassed our expectations. Denise Pardini, the owner & chef, along with her cheerful staff, has been beyond successful in creating a very special hospitality experience. Right from the check in, to the post check in briefing (delivered by Denise herself), the service, the rooms, the toilets, the breakfast,...

We very much like this hotel. The location is very central and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are classic "castle" and feel rather authentic, since they are. We book the 3 end suites and were very happy with their sizes, amenities and locations. Owner is helpful and the town is quite charming. The only very minor thing I...

This November was our second visit to Castello di Sinio. Denise Pardini has done more than a stellar job of creating an extraordinary hotel experience. She restored the Castello to splendor and has thought of every detail from curling irons in the rooms, to notes on the pillow at night, the best coffee I have ever had in any hotel...

This was the highlight of our Italy trip, celebrating an anniversary. Aside from being a beautifully renovated castle, there were many elements that make Castello di Sinio special. A Michelin star worthy restaurant, various thoughtful touches to the room/ service, and an amazing owner (Denise) + team truly live up to and exceed the 5 star rating. Sinio is quite...

I'm not sure any review I write can do justice to what Denise Pardini has created at Hotel Castello di Sinio. First there's Denise. Denise knows hospitality! When we arrived, Denise spent at least 30 minutes informing us about the hotel and the area. She has maps and information that she provides that give you all the information you need...

We stayed in this magic place five days and will come back to stay for much longer when we retire, want care about Internet & having phone connection at all times. It's very spotty out there. However, location is gorgeous - village is charming, views are stunning, we walked around a lot. Castle is simply majestic - suites are spacious...

From the minute you arrive at this Castle, you meet Denise, the owner and chef. Denise clearly had but one goal, our pleasure, Whether arranging a truffle hunt,(Albas truffle festival was in full swing) cooking classes or mapping out the days, she is simply the best. The Castle, while retaining all the charm of a castle close to 1000 years...
