Great location, lovely farm and hospitality! We stayed with 2 young children who enjoyed the organized activities for kids. Stroud Farmers' Market is nearby and driving to Oxford and Bath are good day trips. There are some good walks and free WiFi.

Myself, my 81 year old Nan, 11 year old daughter, sister and partner used Westley Farm as a base to attend a family wedding at Kingscote Barn. It was just perfect! We had Tullet and The Loft which are next to each other. Hege is a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome! My daughter loved spending time with...

An amazing property with stunning views. Free standing cottages on a rather big farm run by very friendly and nice people. A village pub a short walk away. And there is a dog that loves to fetch twigs and balls :-)

One overnight stay. Got there early, not a problem, had a lovely bar lunch, sorted the room out. Went out for the day, booked a table for 2 to 6 people as wasn't sure how many people were coming, not a problem. Room good, large enough for us and two dogs, a Bernese and a Westy . Breakfast was great and away...

Sitting on the Southern Side of the Frome Valley, the Loft at Westley Farm has a fantastic view of Chalford, Frome Valley and Golden Valley. This all to be observed from a very cute little balcony. The Loft itself is a well equip self contained Flat with a lovely wood burning stove. Once parked, no need for the car. Plenty...

We absolutely adored this place. I still feel homesick for it! We stayed in Tullet, and even though it's in the main farmyard, it's still completely peaceful and private. We felt completely at home. Set in the most breathtaking countryside, you can ramble through fields and woods to the tea house for breakfast or the cider house for dinner, or...

Thank you - and we loved having you! Isn't it great when you meet interesting people on your travels? Well it's just as much fun meeting interesting travelers on the farm :-) It's more than just a place to stay (although the beds are very comfy). You get to see as much or as little of us as you like...

We stayed in the Loft, just 2 with a small dog, was a perfect resting spot after a day walking, the rooms had everything we needed, had games and DVD`s to fill the evening, the wood burner with a huge pile of wood to make it very cosy, the kitchen had all the knives and bits you always end up...

Thanks Xris - I'm so glad you and your little dog enjoyed Westley Farm. This is exactly the sort of break we like to go on and we try to do everything we can think of to the cottages to make for a perfect walking, cooking, snoozing by the fire kind of holiday for our visitors. I hope we will...

Let me just say, I didn't want to leave. Ever. I've decided that I wasn't really meant to be in the city and working in an office and going to supermarkets. I was born to be in a charming cottage like this, growing things, saying hello to chooks and donkeys, waving at the sheep, ducking up the road to buy...

Thanks Jo - I see you totally embraced life on a Cotswold Farm while you were here :-) We are also quite fond of popping up the drive to the Jolly Nice- for cakes and sausage rolls mainly! Good job you have to walk up a hill to get there...! I hope to see you back here in a warmer...

We are a family of four (two daughters) and ADORE Westley Farm. It is a magical location from the swooping drive to the idyllic cottages. We usually book Hornstone - but have been in them all - so can vouch for all locations. As a guest, you are trusted and treated like family. The cottages welcome you like a big,...

We rent cottages in different parts of UK once a year or so. We want: open fire / comfortable accomodation / farm animals / good views / feeling of being a long way from W4 / easy to access / near other activities / farm shop or local produce nearby / near decent places for dinner (it is a holiday...)....
