My husband, 2year old and myself stayed for one night at The Mussel Boys cabin. We met the owner who has just taken over in the last week. Our cabin was clean and tidy and a real pleasure to stay in. We cooked the night we were there and I had everything I needed to do a simple meal. The...

Arrived at this unit to find it really filthy. Obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Every surface was grubby and sticky, the kitchen was filthy, and the bathroom was a disgrace....there were pubic hairs on the vanity and the shower was filthy and mouldy. The kitchen has hardly anything in it, literally only two of anything, with about...

Great spot to get away for the night. Close to Port Arthur. Rooms have a corner spa bath next to the bed which is delightful. Each room has a kitchen with cutlery etc for 2 people , oven , toaster, fry pan and the basics. Very comfy KING sized bed and a standby rate of $135.00 ( wish we had...

My husband & I had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. The unit was modern and included everything you would need. The owner was lovely & the area is just beautiful. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a tranquil escape. My only tip would be that the coffee cups could be a bit bigger, but that's neither here...

The Mussel Boys self contained units are in a great location overlooking the water but just off the highway between eaglehawk neck and Taranna. After a day sightseeing it was perfect to retreat to the unit and cook up a gourmet meal using fresh local produce we had bought that day. The best bit was the spa-bath in the room,...

Beautiful studio, fantastic location for exploring the peninsula. Great value for money - $130 for two with a spa and king bed. Kitchenette well equipped. Lovely host - Eloise went out of her way to help us out. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my partner just for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer! Great room and facilities for the 2 of us. The owner was lovely, organised, and was kind enough to switch our heater on before we arrived. Great value, great location (very peaceful) and great service. When we stepped foot into the cabin we...

My partner and I just stayed here for two nights and do not believe we got our money’s worth ($140 per night). On arrival we were quite impressed as the heater has been turned on for us and the layout of the studio (the kitchenette, bathroom, king size bed and spa) was perfect for our little getaway. Sadly the positives...

Stayed one night after visiting Pt Arthur. Number 3 had beautiful timber paneling throughout and was very clean. Enjoyed the spa bath in the main room. Great value, well appointed and location. Would stay there again. For longer stays would like a bigger TV and would take supplies as eateries around there are minimal as is shopping. Happy customers though.

Beautiful comfy beds, clean and great location. Spa in the main living room/bedroom I thought was a little odd at first but then being able to watch a movie in the bath was so great! Felt very homely with the free range chickens roaming around. Very good value, we will definitely return!
