How welcoming it was to see the red shed, wheel off the trail, check the room allocation list, collect the bags and within minutes by in a warm, cosy comfortable cabin Cabins were well furnished with very efficient and needed heating The bed was really comfortable with pillows just as I like them The shower was good with plenty of...

Excellent high quality accommodation with warm and friendly hosts. Brilliant location for family and friends. Great stop on the rail trail with a quaint tavern close by. Could not fault it and we will return!

Cute as a picture the cottages line the hillside looking over Wedderburn. The cottages are self contained and sleep up to 4 while the lodge is more suitable for groups and families. Tea and coffee making facilities and a continental breakfast complete the package. Check out the Red Barn for snacking and information.

Beaut place to stay. Very clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you need. Brilliant place to stay at the end of a day riding the trail! The pub across the road was a great place to eat too. Amazing views and the hosts were very hospitable.

We enjoyed our stay here while on the ORT. It was a lovely evening and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the setting sun. The unit had a comfortable bed, small kitchenette with continental breakfast provided, and a small bathroom with a good shower. There was adequate room for our bags, we enjoyed our stay and set off...

Myself and a tour member of Silverlights geological and botanical tours stayed here. It was beautifully clean, we had a great breakfast and we were looked after superbly. I would recommend this place as being very reasonable in price, great guest facilities with the miners' cottages, ensuite rooms and lodge. The meet and greet was brilliant with one of the...

We stayed in a tiny, pre-fab cottage that could barely fit the two of us and our two suitcases. It was indeed clean and sufficient for our needs but nothing more. I was very disappointed. There is a very small porch that you share with the adjacent cottage but it was too cold and rainy for us to use it.

Wedderburn cottages couldn't be better. They are well run, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable accommodation, brilliant shower and the most spectacular view over the hills of Central Otago. Great pub over the road as well.

Stayed here for one night on the trail and highly recommend it. Really friendly host in Raewyn. Well appointed and clean and tidy cottage. We were to have a queen and single but had 3 singles but that didn't matter. The beds were very comfy. It was a chilly night so good to have some heating. Great breakfast too including...
