We stayed there one night to catch a ferry to the islands. I'm glad it was nog in Pukhet town because we don't like it there. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean with a balcony. There's not mutch to do in the neighbourhoud but if you walk to the right on the big road you...

We checked in on 20th November after travelling down on the overnight train from Bangkok, we thought we would have to wait to check in but our rooms were ready, we got free upgrades which we weren't expecting, we were given suites, which were fantastic and more than we hoped for, The manageress was so helpful, nothing was too much...

It is a very Nice Hotel, they don't have breakfast or restaurant, but that you can have across the street, it is a little bit away from all the attractions, but if you rent a bike everything is suddenly very close. This is a good place to go if you have been in Thailand before and you want to be...

It was one of the best hotel experiences ever. It was a positive surprise, as I have booked this room for two nights and it was very cheap (26USD/night). Even in Europe you won’t get this high quality. The room was huge, modern, clean and tidy. It had also a large fridge and free WiFi with good signal. The breakfast...

This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We arrived late to Phuket and wanted to stay somewhere close/cheap to the bay for taking the boat out to Phi Phi the next day. We were dropped off in the black of night and the receptionist was very kind, although she spoke little to no English. The room was amazing...

Rattana residence is amazing, pristine rooms, nice little gym, great price, helpful staff. It's just in a really bad location, there's nowhere really to eat unless you want to take a risk with the local thai places, as vegetarians there was nothing we could eat, if you have your own transport or willing to pay extortionate prices for taxis you'll...

I can't really say anything bad about the hotel, at all. Clean rooms with modern furniture, great service (though English is not by any means a marketable language in these parts of town), and nice gym. Still, this just doesn't seem like the ultimate way to spend a vacation. It's far, and by that I mean remote, from basically -anything-...

We stayed here for 1 night to break up the journey between Krabi and our flight to Bangkok the next day. The hotel is very new and the rooms are spotlessly clean with good wifi signal. The only downside is, it's several kilometres out of Phuket Town, so there's not really anything to do on a night without getting taxis...

The hotel is ok for a short stay - it definitely needs more cleaning of the suites (bathroom and kitchen especially) and resolving the sewerage smell that is coming out of the bathrooms. Location is far away from anything so you need a car.

This hotel is fine, the rooms are clean and spacious, but the hotel is really far away! It seemed ok at first, it's a 20 minute scooter ride to Kata or Rawai beach. After three days of doing this trip there and back twice a day, it lost it's appeal. The hotel is fine but you definitely need a scooter...

“Food is a little hard to come by since this is a residential area but we managed to come across a great find. If you exit the hotel and walk to the top of the small road, turn left on the main road and head down for about 5 mins until you see some very colourful signs in Thai on the opposite side of the street. Cross the road (if you dare!) and head down this side street and there is a restaurant (no name) with a veranda and some wooden benches and tables. We came here for some dinner and the waiter brought us out the English menus. We were a little concerned since there were no prices on the menu and we were sure we were due for a right ripping off.....alas, chicken noodle soup, a huge plate of chicken noodles and 2 cokes came to the grand total of £2.50. The best value for money meal we had during our whole holiday!”

“Try to get a room high up - the view can be nice. One disturbing factor can be that the airco on the balcony was one of the noisiest I ever experienced but did keep the room really cool and with the doors shut it was ok.”
