Another great stay, nice and quiet rooms, friendly staff and great food at the beefeater inn. Ideally located for a shopping trip to the ASHFORD outlet area. We have stayed here many times over the last two years and keep on returning. There is also a great Indian restaurant within 3 miles drive recommended by the receptionist.

A very pleasant stay. We were impressed with the quietness of the room, despite the A20 running alongside. The breakfast facilities in the Beefeater next to the hotel were also very good. We recommend this hotel.

I stay at Premier Inns a few times a year. They are usually very good and often good value for money. I paid £30 for the night. This was disappointing. Alarm went off at 5.30 am and the cooked breakfast was only warm.

Premier Inns do exactly what is says on the can. Can't fault the no-nonsense good value for money approach. Consistently good. Could do with a heated towel rail in the bathrooms they are a bit clammy and you can't reuse damp towels.

Usual PI , clean but basic, bathroom furniture and decor straight out of a bargain discount diy chain! Still no razor socket, why when so little cost at construction stage? Water pressure means shower will tickle your senses rather than blast you into the morning fully invigorated. Make sure you book your evening supper at adjoining Beafeater as I made... More

Nothing wrong with the Premier Inn itself. Room as expected but as a bonus we got a big 32 inch flat screen TV and not the tiddly efforts we have seen. We were situated at the end of the corridor on the first floor in the "quiet zone" which lived up to its name and we never heard a peep... More

The welcome we always receive at PI's is lovely. Today we jokingly asked if, as normal, we were on the first floor at the point furthest away from the door. The nice young man on reception immediately re-located us to a ground floor room - very welcome when you have a load of baggage. The rooms as normal are larger... More

We chose to stay here as we needed 2 rooms for 2 overnight stays.it is perfectly placed for the Eurostar terminal, on arrival for our outbound evening we checked in then as we did not know an arrival time we had not booked a table in the restaurant we asked the man behind the desk if we would be able... Used as overnight stop before taking the shuttle to France. approximately 15 minutes drive away. room was up to usual standard, we had asked for a twin room, the double bed was fine but unfortunately the single bed was not up to standard and proved most uncomfortable. our complaint was heard sympathetically and the cost of the room reimbursed immediately.

I can't review my stay positively. We were woken up in the small hours by a fire alarm that was defective going off, what I found unacceptable was that it had happened numerous times already..... if we wanted a crap nights sleep, we could've dossed in the car in a lay by! Try telling a 3 year old to go... More

Hi there Thanks for sharing your review. I'm really sorry to hear that you were disturbed by the fire alarm during your stay and that the breakfast service did not meet your expectations. I have raised this with the Management Team so that they can ensure the fire alarm is checked and a fix put in place, and they'll also... More
