Wonderful! Stayed here for our honeymoon. Ginny is the perfect host who cooks a delicious breakfast. The rooms are decorated very tastefully and are spotless and you are sure to get a good nights sleep. The setting is very tranquil and set in beautiful surroundings. It is close to the lost gardens of Heligan. I can't thank Ginny enough for...

Our 3 night stay at Boslinney Barn was without fault, and I would highly recommend this B&B. Host Ginny gave us a warm welcome and we were treated to a cream tea in the beautiful gardens of the barn. Extremely knowledgeable of the local area, Ginny was always on hand and happy to help with recommendations for places to eat,...

I really can't fault the time we spent a Boslinney. We regretted not booking more than two nights. The barn conversion itself is top quality, beatifully finished by Ginny and Dave. Ginny was a fantastic host, extremely knowledgeable about the local area, and just a lovely person to stay with. It felt as though you were staying in her home,...

A fantastic barn conversion, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. A great big garden with many benches etc, pond and a great view. Near enough to Mevagissey but well and truly in the countryside! Ginny's breakfasts are prizeworthy.

We have just returned from 3 nights at Ginny & Dave's beautifully converted barn. Every room is finished to the higest standard with lovely touches. Ginny was a wonderful hostest and being a local she advised us off all places of interest. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she even let us chill our wine in her fridge and...

We had a couple of b&bs in mind for our sight seeing holiday to Cornwall, so we looked at the reviews on trip advisor, which were the deciding factor, and we are both so pleased that so many others had taken the time to share their experiences. We have no qualms in agreeing 1,000%. The b&b is in a stunning...

A very warm welcome from the Proprietor Ginny made for a fantastic stay at Bolinney Barn. Comfortable and well decorated rooms in a lovely setting. In walking distance of Mevagissey with plenty of pubs and restaurants and easy access to some bracing walks along the picturesque coast line. A good location if wanting to visit the Eden project also. Thank...

This really was the perfect end to our honeymoon! We had stayed in a B&B in Mevagissey for the first few days of our honeymoon, then did the last 2 here and I have to be honest I did not want to leave! Aside from the lovely surroundings, beautiful room, the total peace and quiet, a mattress that you literally...

I am not sure I can add anything to all the previous comments! We had only planned to stay 2 nights to visit the Eden Project but when I rang Ginny to book she was so enthusiastic about Heligan that we had to add another night ! Heligan was everything we had been promised and more. Ginny was marvellous at...

“- 2 of the 3 rooms have their own entrance - To find Boslinney Barn - make a note of directions on Boslinney website as Satnav and map is not reliable enough.”

“We stayed in the yellow room, which Ginny says is the smallest. It is beautifully decorated and has a superbly comfortable bed. Lying on the bed you enjoy a wonderful view over the garden and the valley beyond.”
