Trent & Emma were the perfect host. They were helpful and very knowledgeable. The lodge has coral reefs right out the front which provides great snorkling. The restaurant has lovely food with a wide variety to choose from. We ate most of our meals at a large table right at the water's edge. It was like a private resort- there...

We stayed at Turtle Bay Resort in July 2014 and were completely relaxed and happy the whole of the 4 days we were there. My husband marched out every morning bird watching and also snorkelled off the reef with the beautiful tropical fish. Our 18 year old daughter was unwell so missed out on the snorkelling but did swim in...

For me to write a great review i need to get a good nights sleep. Unfortunately we had a few problems with mattresses as the single ones were just thin foam ones ( which would be great for kids but not for middle aged women) and staff had to make a few changes which was just putting one ontop of...

Trent and Emma are lovely managers, very helpful and their dogs and kids are cute. The resort is not cute. It has no beach and all rooms have common walls. The food is slow but you can just order ahead. People seemed to love the above ground pool but I wanted to be in the sea. The snorkelling around the...

We had 4 nights at the Turtle Bay Resort and loved our time here. Trent and Emma made all the difference, interacting with their guests and ensuring all felt welcome. They were interested in how our days had gone and arranged our tours proficiently, even though they did not receive any commission on the tours. Yes, the meals took a...

Myself and my partner were on a medium budget trip and decided to treat ourselves to a good night in a nice hotel with beach view. The location is indeed great. We had visited the millennium caves before traveling to the resort. Our shoes and clothes were wet and we were looking forward to a warm shower. But when we...

Hi guys, we were not the managers here at Turtle Bay Resort back in October 2013 but nonetheless we are very sorry to read this review as guests normally love their stay with us and we take pride in the service we offer. Turtle bay resort is a wonderful place to base yourself to explore all Santo has to discover. Trent and Emma went out of their way to ensure all our tours around the island were well organised. We travelled as a family of five, kids aged 11, 13, and 14. We all enjoyed our stay at turtle bay and would recommend...
