I frequently stay at this Leighton Buzzard hotel due to work commitments and have always found it to be great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and come stocked with complimentary biscuits and sparkling water. Downstairs in the bar the food is of good quality and extremely cheap. Great wee hotel which always makes me feel welcome.

Thank you for your kind review, I do apologise for the annoyance of the fans outside we are trying to rectify this with double glazing in the near future. if you come and stay with us again, please do mention this to us and we will put you on the third floor as it is our quietest.

Central position in Leighton Buzzard, with car parking at rear. Rooms small, but very comfortable and with all amenities you need for a short stay. Staff very helpful, friendly and cooperative. You do not get locked out at night!!!! Breakfast is not included, but is readily available and reasonably priced.

Avoid room 106. It's right over the bar and not quiet until at least 1.30am. The breakfasts were good value as were the evening meals. We tried to eat at 6pm but all the tables were taken however a short wait gave us a table although not where we would have liked to sit.

Thank you for your review, should you stay with us again just let us know in advance and we can put you on a higher floor where it is quieter. The pub does get very busy which is super for all of us.

The Swan is a beautifully decorated hotel in an old and beautiful building. Staff are friendly and the room is small but clean and it has everything you might need. Wetherspoon's restaurant is however more budget friendly than the hotel - especially what with the room's fee not covering breakfast. We stayed here on our way to Luton which was...
