Came here for a pool party a few weeks back and we had a great time until the early evening when someone on the VIP deck in the middle of the pool pushed someone off it. The poor man landed on the floor at a 90 degree angle on his head and neck from a 4-5 foot drop. Luckily my...

I booked this hotel for a work trip as a high end recommendation for my companies annual sales trip, however on arriving we immediately felt disappointed with our choice. The hotel was clean and the rooms modern however the service was not as good as to be expected - on arrival we were not told where or how to get...

Worst place I've stayed. Staff were rude and aggressive towards us. Was told countless times that we couldn't drink our own bottled water. On a number of occasions the staff tried to over charge us for food and drinks. Comparing to the menu was the only way for them to understand. And on one occasion one staff lady said that...

We stayed in one of the apartments, there was 6 girls. The apartment wasn't as modern and snazzy as we expected, very dull and basic. It's not in the actual hotel either. The staff round the hotel pool were rude. The security guards are very strange, one night the security new what room we was in and had a key...

We booked the room few hours before checking in. The font desk staff was very nice and friendly especially the guy that take the luggage up to the room. The room was mordern and quiet (with the pool view) there was no party that night so we had a good night sleep. There was bath robes and slippers and a...

Lots of the PR for this place surrounds its party image and certainly during the day and the pool parties back that up. The pool and the restaurant definitely fit the luxury fun image. However beware of booking the apartments as you'll find yourself in a residential block next to the hotel itself. Understandably the residents don't want a 24...

Well after reading some bad reviews on here was a bit worried about my stay but whal what a lovel hotel.. The staff are so nice, could not fault any of them, helpful , polite and very accommodating. As I am a bit older (38) thought i might struggle to get into the part scene, but not at all. Never...

I stayed in an apartment round the corner from the Hotel for 4 nights. On arrival the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful and that was the theme through our stay. No problems with room service (even willing to make things not on the current menu), no problems with taxi's and no problems with staff. We attended a pool...

I was really concerned about the hotel and staff after reading some pretty bad recent reviews on here just before I left. All I can say is to not worry at all, but be aware that this is not a hotel I'd recommend for children. Obviously this hotel hosts pool parties, so if you are not up for that type...
