We stayed here for two nights on our way from Esteli to Matagalpa. In contrast to some of the reviews below we found it to be overpriced compared to other budget-friendly places we've stayed in Nicaragua- at $25 for a double private room (albeit with breakfast included). One star off for this price and for cleanliness. Despite a daily cleaning...

K so we loved this place. Keep in mind we payed $25 including breakfast for the 4 of us, so don't go expecting all sorts of glitz and glam. But the staff was amazing, the location works, and the town is breathtaking. Jinotega in general is wonderful. The A/C is not needed imo as it is not so hot here...

Jinotega and the region surrounding it is wonderful. This hotel is comfortable, flexible and very accommodating. If you are on your own or part of a group they will make things work perfectly for you. The breakfast is lovely and the coffee excellent.

One of the best rooms we've had so far on our travels in this price range. Good sized and clean rooms and a hot shower, which you will appreciate in this part of Nicaragua. The people is what makes this place special! We wanted to visit an eco lodge nearby and the staff made several calls to arrange everything. Our...

Its a 3 stars Hotel, not the best one but the prices are good. You don't have air condition and the hot water showers sometimes doesn't work, but it's an affordable place where you can stay. It includes breakfast which was actually a really good nicaraguan breakfast

Very friendly staff and owner, good breakfast (nica style, but you can order continental) and good coffee, clean basic rooms, good value for money. Smallish bathroom with hot water shower. Good location ca 5 blocks from the cathedral.

I went on a medical mission which comes here regularly. The place is very clean and the service is excellent. The lobby is nice to hang out and mingle. Breakfast in the morning is very good. It has eggs, gallo pinto (rice and beans) bread, fruit, tortillas, cheese and Juice. The main issue is the lack of Internet in the...

Good budget hotel. Good location. The people working there were extremely helpful with whatever we needed. Our only complaint was that the hot water didn't work well in our shower. (I think this was just an issue with our room. They have the standard insta-heat heads installed. Just check the heat before you accept the room and all should be...

I'm a budget traveler, so this place was quite luxurious by my standards. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, hot water, TV in my room, and wifi (which worked most of the time and did work inside my room (#7). I'm alone, so $15 for the room including a nice breakfast was very fair. The lady who owns (or runs?) it...

We stayed here whilst visiting Jinotega. The room we had was nice and clean. The showers were temperamental, although hot. The good: Clean, fairly cheap US $25 for a private double with private bathroom. Free wifi, although it doesn't extend into the rooms, and dropped out reasonably frequently. Good location in town. Friendly staff, who despite not speaking a word...
