Underbart hotell nära havet, mycket trevlig personal!

We had mixed experiences here at this place. To start with positive note 1.This villa is close to beach. 2.Ample place for car parking. 3.Rooms and hall are spacious and clean. As we go out to seek some happiness and peace but to certain extent this was spoiled by this resort people. 1.They promised complete privacy at the time of booking, but care taker who is around 55 yrs walks in and out without permission of ours. He has one room inside this villa which he does not give us,without permission he enters the house and kitchen, this really disturbed our privacy. 2.He orders and speaks in arrogant manner because we used gas in kitchen. 3.He promises solar water facility for all but this is not sufficient for the people who occupies all the rooms.when we are with kids Hot water is mandatory and this forces us to use the gas. 4.The biggest draw back is food, this villa people will not provide us and every time we need to go out for food and maximum time is wasted here . 5.They are least bothered about guest, one example is we needed charcoal for preparing barbeque , he does not even helps us to know where it is available. 6.The owner of this resort smokes in front of family and kids while talking,do not even has some basic respect towards people. 7.There exists foul smell in toilet and kitchen. 8.in our 2 days stay there was no one came to clean the house or bathroom. Overall hospitality is very bad. Surely I will not recommend this place .

Visited this property on new year eve . Pros Affordable price. Very near to beach . Cons. The prices are not clearly mentioned during the initial phases of deal . It was informed later that if air conditioning is used prices will be extra. Though the entire property was booked by us, the care taker and owner expects guests to use kitchen and its resources very minimally . Geyser is not available and solar water heater is ineffective during winter . They don't care how the guest kids can take bath . But as per them gas shouldn't be used for heatin.g water. they were getting bit concerned even if we use cooking gas to prepare food They said later that kitchen is not offered in deal and its given purely as additional facility. They wanted to charge additional amount for additional bedding used but we declined as it was not mentioned before. The care taker treats us like a tenant and less like a guest . Keeps on instructing us what not to do and to keep things in places as it is . The care taker walks in and out of property without caring for the privacy of guests residing in it . Overall i rate this property as average due to behaviour of care taker and owner.

Stayed for one day and one night in this hotel with my friends .We wanted to try various water sports like boating,para- sailing and the best thing about malpe water sports is beautiful and adventurous boat ride to st mary's island from malpe beach .Its a beach side resort and we had taken a beach facing room.It was wonderful to see the beach at night with moon shining bright. The rooms are quite big and comfortable .The ambiance of the hotel is amazing .The house keeping staff are very cooperative ,helpful and friendly .After we returned from beach the room was fully messed up with sand all over we asked them to clean it right then and they did it in minutes and also we had not bought our toothpaste .It was not even available in resort hence early in the morning one of the staff went in search for shops that are open .The rooms had good lighting and we stayed in ac room. The bathroom was attached with toilet and it was clean .The resort even had a swimming pool .It was amazing to swim in the evening .

The beach is great for swimmers, water is pretty shallow most of the beach length, of course you still need to be very careful, after all it's the sea. You can see an island from the beach, it's called saint Mary's, there are regular boat rides to the island during non monsoon season.
