It did rain one day, but we were able to have a fantastic day just reading and relaxing in the newer lofted building overlooking the sea. The other...

You can literally enter the water from the front door of your private hut-over-water. Francine, the host, will take...

The water was clear and perfect for swimming or snorkelling, the meals of fresh lobster....yummy! Our highlight was definitely Francine's adopted pets: Toutie (the capuchin monkey), Quiso & Jojo ( the squirrel...

Urraca Private Island is truly off the beaten path. This secluded hideaway is a great place to relax, swim and snorkel. Francine is an amazing host and takes care of your all your needs. The Ngobe Indians who work for her are super friendly and very helpful. I wish we had more time there.
