We stayed here for 2 days on the way up and 2 days on the way down. The room was clean and cosy with twin beds with electric blankets! The shower was hot, a rarity on the trek, the food was good and the people very helpful, I lost my glasses as I was leaving. They were found after we...

This was among the few hotels we stayed in while trekking to EBC and it was very good compared to other hotels we stayed in later. This hotel has excellent dinning room, good selection of food and very good quality. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and kept current as it was very old compared to other facilities in the hotel

Hotel Namche is run by the ever efficient Maya Sherpa and her team - there are rooms for all categories from $3 to $35 - the top end rooms have attached bathrooms with hot showers and electric mattresses. The food is excellent and Maya often serves her guests herself! The dining area is very warm and if you are a...

Stayed 4 days at the Hotel Namche and it was a great place to spend the time. We had a common room which had great views of the town of Namche Bazar. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and were genuinely concerned when my wife wasn't feeling well. The restaurant served what we thought was some of the...

I had a standard room with attached bathroom, but the shower was not hot due to many people using at the same time. The hotel owner nicely took me to the deluxe room to have a great hot shower. On EBC trek, usually the lodges provide food to porter as they charge you with expensive meal cost. Sometimes they provide...

I've stayed here 4 times now, and I love it every time! I take school groups and to accommodate 25 people (including 23 students) for all meal time is incredible. The rooms are of different standards; I go deluxe, has beautiful sheets, electric blankets and a hot shower - who would have thought! Great view, coffee shop up stairs and...

After a tiring but amazing trek to Everest Base Camp, we returned to Namche bazaar and checked into Hotel Namche. What a place!! clean comfortable rooms, hot water round the clock, electric blankets!! What else can one ask for in November!! The cuisine was great. We ate in a warm dining room filled with the chanting of Buddhist monks who...

Compared to the some of the other places we stayed on our trek (such as Everest Summit Lodges) Namche Hotel offered pretty good value. Its located in the centre of Namche with good views from most rooms. There is a large dining area which is heated and gets very warm when full of groups. We ate breakfast here but went...

This is a very popular hotel in Namche, especially the newer wing and ensuite shower rooms for your return trek back down the mountains. The beds are comfy too! The food choice is good and the hosts always very welcoming.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is quite a large place, catering for big trekking or climbing groups as well as independent travellers, but the hostess and her family never fail to make every individual guest feel welcome, giving the place a homestay feel despite its scale. The ensuite rooms, with 24 hour hot showers, are a blessing to those...
