We really enjoyed our stay at the Rancho Encantado.
The best things were the rooms (very spacious, décor was lovely, outdoor area was nice), the pool area, and the boardwalk/free kayaks which we took out everyday at sunrise and sunset.

We had a lagoon master suite for 2 nights (I can't remember the room no., but it was called 'Toh'). This was on the ground floor. It was large and had an inside 'sitting area'. It had lagoon access with a small jetty. It did not have a plunge pool (I did not see any rooms that had this facility.
