We arrived here used to staying in hostels... this place was incredible for us as it had amazing hot showers great air con and super clean rooms. The guy that checked us in spoke great English. It's a 10 min walk to town and 20 min walk to the public but of the Laguna.

Rooms were pleasant and spacious, with ceramic floors and the place was clean and the staff friendly and cheerful. A good swimming pool with a nice area around it. We did not expect breakfast for the amount we paid, but there was a complimentary coffee availalble each morning. Very good value for money over all.

Clean room. We were on the second level and just a short walk to the main square and the water. Friendly staff. Great pool that you can access up until 9:00 p.m. at night. A/C worked really well. They were doing some renovations when we were there however it did not disturb us at all.

the room was nice and clean and this was the only good thing there. the pool is real small, more for kids, not really for swimming. there is no breakfast available, only coffee for 10 pesos, but without milk or cream, just powder. the owner was also not very friendly and it is a bit far of the lake and...

We are very sorry about the inconvenient, but Non Smoking Regulation is a Federal Law; many places have been penalized because of permitting guests smoke inside the property. All our announcements show a non-smoking hotel. Regards..

We spend 1 night here as a stop over to our next destination. I don't know what the price is, since we booked a round trip and hotels were included in the price. But the room was rather small as was the bed. It was reasonably clean, but very basic. It is pretty far from town, so you are almost...

The pool was my favorite part! The rooms were big and clean. Beds are not the most comfortable, but not bad. Most of the staff was very friendly. Good for the price. I was a little off put by them charging for drip coffee in the mornings. Most places seem to offer that complimentary.

We are budget travellers and this place does well for the money. Staff seem fine with good English if your espanol isn't too good. Rooms are clean and pretty nice with air conditioning and hot water. There is even a little pool we spent the afternoon relaxing at! Get a beer or two from the mini mart at the end...

It was a nice hotel. We had a big room with 2 single beds and a very nice bathroom. The wifi wasn't very strong in the room but the signal was perfect around reception. There was also a little swimming pool. The room was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. When we were there, most of the...

Orignally planned to stay 2 nights, left a day early. AC hardly works, a fan is much cooler. Doors have gaps under them so bugs can enter room. WiFi works if your near the lobby only. Rooms are very dirty as well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. This place will never see me or my family again.
