I was at the hotel with a group for 4 nights. Extremely kind and helpful staff! Clean rooms and quiet, great view and very enjoyable to kids because of the amusement park close to the hotel. Loved it! Definitely will be back.
This is a truly nice venue for a family weekend. The units are spacious very clean and well equipped (fridge, kettle, tea/coffee toiletries, double bed and sofa bed, terrace or patio with chair and three chairs). Half board consists of a very nice supper and excellent breakfast. The hotel organises a dairy brunch on Fridays 11:00-14:00 and that can be added to usher in the weekend nicely. All meals are kosher. Hotel guest have free entry to the Kiftzuba kiddies’ park nearby. We took three units, were treated very nicely from start to finish and enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing weekend.
I attended the hotel for a seminar and it was just great! First of all- it was clean. So so clean! They have the facilities and they do the best with what they have. They’re attentive for special needs like vegans and everything is with a smile. Rooms were great! The view is amazing, our room seminar was a bit noisy but we had everything we needed and the price was not insane
We had a Bar Mitzvah at Tzuba on Friday for about 150 people followed by a much more intimate family Shabbat with about 40 people. The rooms were basic, but nice. Bedroom & sitting room with fold-out couch & fridge. Also a very tranquil balcony. The food was really good with ample portions (served buffet style) and the staff was amazing - since we were doing an event, we were dependent on their help & support and they were great.
Hi I am staying at the Tzuba hotel with my family and I can tell you that it is one of best family trips ever!the rooms are clean;service is great, there are a lot of things to do with the kids of different ages.I will recommend this hotel to my friends and I will be coming back for sure!!
This was our fourth visit, this time with extended family. Kids 2-9. Breakfast has improved greatly since last visit, better food. Not wow by hotel standards but an improvement and objectively good, also breakfast no longer requires a hike. The main attraction was and still is the theme park Kiftzuba. It was overcrowded with unsupervised orthodox kids. Previously we came on weekends and park was much better on Saturday. On our last day we showed up early enough to beat the crowd. The hotel room is built well for families: bath and two separate rooms. However quality is low. Could be cleaner, had to ask to get a plug for the bathtub, and water from the bath faucet was filthy(also after running for a while), in the end we filled up the tub slowly using the shower head. Bed in the main bed room was twin beds put together, a common downside but I dislike it enough to mention.…
The room is clean and huge with a mountain-view balcony, though the facilities are fairly basic. The food was quite good, in an Israeli standard. There was a variety of selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We had very good time. Hotel's staff are very welcome and have high service awareness. Our room was modest and large. Lunch time was the most tasty meal (wide food selection). Located near Kiftzuba & Galita chocolate activity, also very recommand to combined between these during the staying
Delicious ice cream with lots of flavors. They even drizzle chocolate on the top for you! Most importantly, the chocolate making workshops are super fun! Make sure to leave time for the chocolate to harden. My boyfriend and I first did chocolate making, then wine tasting around the corner in the kibbutz, then went on a small hike around the beautiful area (a bit hard after all of the chocolate we ate while making our chocolates and the wine and cheese), and got ice cream when we picked up our chocolate about an hour and a half later. Really easy to get to on a bus from Jerusalem.
it is the third time we spend a family vacation in Tzuba hotel. It seems that they are doing everything to convince us not to do it anymore. The rooms are not so clean, especially the bathroom. The children's bad seemed to collapse any minute, the food is quiet poor and the staff not inviting. I've never saw before supper without any food that children actually likes. to summarize, the only advantage of Tzube Hotel is the free entry to the Kibbutz amusement park. We can go there without the spending a night at the Hotel.
