Good villa for a family + 2 couples. Master bedroom has an attached toilet but the other 2 double rooms share a toilet which is a problem. Otherwise this place is ideal, very spacious living & dining. There's a TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is well equipped & so is the bar counter. The balcony provides good views. The view from the driving range and to the course are stunning. Its a small community with rich expats and Sinhalese that actualky live in the villas of the club. The athmosphere is very friendly. My room was lacking cosyness and a bit of a personal touch. The bathroom was modern and I had a terrace which was a plus....

First encounter: Very dangerous earth steps up the hill to the chalet; even the upper sets oof stone steps very unstable. Second encounter (coming down to dinner): OMG - BADLY lit steep path and many lamps not lit at night and a serious hazard to guests. Broken chair on terrace Holes in the mossie screen doors - what's the point?!?!?...

Casa Lanka is a large property with 2 rooms, and one small box room. A lovely view and very close to the Clubhouse. Theres a small lounge and balcony upstairs too. The downstairs boasted a fairly well equipped kitchen, and even a pool table which we reckoned was food for entertaining. The rooms weren't very clean and linen and towels...
